Emma's POV:
It as been 2 weeks since the encounter with Louis he as been calling my company phone multiple times and making different appointments to met me but i decline all of them because i wasn't ready to face him again. To get things off my mind i have invited Adam and his wife for dinner at my house so she will get to known me.
The kids were setting the dinner table with napkins and forks , but i noticed a change in the boys they were talking less and they act weird around me especially Cain . i deiced to ask them "hey why are you both so quite today" i asked them with a smile on my face
"A boy at school called us a bastard" he said with tears in his ocean eyes. i was shocked to the core
"is it true that we do not have a daddy" Alex said looking at me with a blank face
"i told you he is coming soon ....on your birthday" i said trying not to cry
"No he is not you said he was coming last year and the year before" Alex yelled in anger then ran to his room slamming the door and his brother followed
One thing you need to known about the kids is that Cain is sensitive and Alex not so much , i was clueless as to what to do my chest pain came back and it hurt like hell this time i took a drink of water it helped relieve it. I set the table and the food a few mins later Adam was here smiling at me .
where was his wife
"Hey baby you okay you look sad where are the twins " he said with a soft voice and went to the kitchen
"They were mad at me and told me that some kid from school called them a bastard " i said trying not to cry
"Adam did i committed a sin for having them because all i am doing is making them suffer everyday someone from school says something mean about them not having a father and Louis contacted me and said he want to be a part of their lives". i said with tears in my eyes Adam hugged me tightly
"You are Emma King the strongest woman i have ever met no matter what do not give up talk to them and as for Louis he was my friend throughout college he is a good man that as demons of his own that eats him alive it is not your choice to choose if he can be in the kids lives it is the twins who have to decide that" he said kissing the top of my head
After the hug the kids came out and talked to Adam for a while and he lightened their mood a bit we ate together then the kids went to sleep
So Adam and I went to the living room just talk about things in life
"Why is your wife Mary not here" i asked wiggling my eyebrows
" I got her knocked up but she is clueless to what is wrong with her she thinks it is a flu i had to trap her some way she is beautiful , kind , accepting you known on the first date she didn't ask me for flower or expensive things she said i should just bring myself and i was her first everything " Adam said smiling at the ground
"Are excited to a dad i know that you will be a good one" i said smiling
"I am really happy when i heard the doctor inform me that she was a month pregnant i hope it is a girl" he said walking toward the door
" i have to got meet my beautiful woman at home " he said smiling
"Bye" i said i picked up the phone and called Louis's phone he gave me his number when he delivered a dozen roses to my house a few days ago
"Emma is that you " he said shocked that i called
"Yes it is me meet me at Amor tomorrow at 1:00 pm " i said
"Okay" he quickly responded i cut off the phone
After that call i went to sleep

Louis POV:
I was in front Amor and i went in and i saw Emma waiting their drinking her lemonade juice this made me remember our dates when we are younger but now she is a 20 year old woman and i am 24. I went to to the table and sat down
"Hey "i said smiling
"Hey i wanted to known if you were still willing to be father" she asked me
"Emma yes thank for thinking things through i will be a good father i promise" i said to her
"I need us to act like we are in love only in front of the kids because they are getting picked on at school for not having a father figure in their lives" she said
"Oh okay" i said back i felt my face turning beet red
I just hope that i wouldn't turn out like my father
Emma's POV:
It felt good to known that i still had an affect on him he was blushing red he looked really cute
No Emma he hurt you and he as a wife and maybe a child on the way
"So what are the kids like" he asked me
"Well their names are Cain and Alex , Cain is sensitive but he is as a heart of gold he likes baseball so dose Alex , Alex isn't really sensitive but he can be a little rude, possessive over the things like food and people he likes " I said
"Oh but what should i buy them " said
"I do not known you are a father now you can surprise them on Monday that is their birthday and spring break i have to go back to work " i said taking my things and leaving
I took a deep breath i hope i made the right decision
