I am pretty damn sure that threatening to release someone's personal information is illegal, but the legal consequences of you doing it, is what I am not sure about. Just know that eventually, it would go out that you did this and would thus be arrested and tried for an criminal activity that you have committed. You would no longer be trusted by your friends, your family, and your loved ones for leaking Personal Information to anyone and everyone

Now, Spee is trying to claim ignorance about "Not threatening to leak your Private Information" and the "KYS" message. Like bitch please, I HAVE the evidence. On top of the KYS message, that is a form of Cyber Harassment. Regardless of your nation, there are laws in place regarding Cyber attacks and Cyber Harassment. The penalties of which I am unsure about that you would face in court

Even though you live in Russia, you are subjugated to the Laws of your nation regarding Cyber attacks against someone else, harassment, and many more other laws you are violating of your own accord. This applies to any nation you reside in, not just Russia, the US, UK, Germany, etc. You are subject to the law of your parent nation.
