THIS IS SUPPOSEDLY THE SECOND SERIES OF TURN BACK TIME  BUT I'VE DECIDED THAT IT WOULD BE BETTER IF I'LL MAKE THIS AS A STAND ALONE STORY. THANK YOU!

Manila is different. Lots of people, buildings, food establishments and many businesses. Nakipag sapalaran sa murang edad. I'm only eleven when I learned how to travel alone. My dad's office is not far away from the apartment I'm living in. I needed to be independent for my mom and for myself. My dad practiced me to be independent too. He enrolled me in Martial arts at a young age. I learned basic actions when I was nine years old. But then my mom didn't want me to enter martial arts but I insisted. I stopped for seven years to focus on my studies.

"How are you, Selene?" mom's. She always call me to make sure if I'm fine.

"Alright mom" sagot ko.

Now, I'll enroll again here in Manila. I'm so young when I got my first diploma. I'm only four years old that time. Dad want me to be home schooled kasi hindi ako tatanggapin sa paaralan ng grade one kong hindi pa ako nag six years old. Hindi ko naranasan ang maging bata. Hindi ko alam kong paano makihalubilo. My mom enrolled me in the school when I was already on my fifth grade which is I'm only nine years old where I also started basic martial arts. I graduated elementary at a young age, ten years old.

"I'm so worried here Dorothy Selene. Ako na talaga ang tumawag sa iyo. Hindi ka man lang nag text kong nakarating ka na ba?" mom's voice and worriness is my weakness. She's been my weakness after I know the truth about me being a Buenaventura.

Everybody believe that I'm both smart and genius. I didn't believe. It was my mom and dad who wanted me to learn early. To graduate early. To marry early. To save my dad's company in debt. Taon-taon may pinagkakautangan si daddy just to take risk with his business. Hindi niya ito kayang pangalagaan ng mag isa lalo na't hindi business ang major ni dad. His older brother died in a car accident wherein ang dapat na magmana ng mga kayamanan ng mga Buenaventura. My dad is the youngest Buenaventura in town. My dad is a great architect but also he cannot afford to lose the company just by that. He take over to it and manage it well in the past years pero nung lumaki na yung kompanya, mas nahirapan naman siya. He didn't want mom to help. Mom wanted to help him pero nag aaway lang sila palagi dahil dyan. My mom is an architect. She worked under the great De Leon's. Until she had her own firm. One time, my mom wanted me to marry Eros Justin De Leon. The only son of her boss. I dont know much about them. They're thinking that just to save dad's company. Mom's firm is doing well but dad can't handle the company anymore.

"Kakarating ko lang mom" sagot ko.

Nagtitiis si daddy every year. Hindi pa talaga gumuho ang kompanya niya pero alam ko na kong hindi siya makakapagbayad sa mga utang niya, sisingilin siya nito kapalit ang pagtanggal sa kanya bilang CEO.

My life is a mess.

"Your dad wants to fix your marriage as early as now Selene" panimula ni mommy. Tungkol na naman ito sa pagpapakasal ko kay Eros De Leon.

"Mom, I still dont know him. Hindi ko pa nga siya nami meet" sagot ko.

"That is why mas maaga ang engagement party para mabigyan kayo ng oras na makilala ang isa't isa. He's a good man and I know him. He can be your type kong magkikita na--" pinutol ko na si mommy sa mga sasabihin niya. Pagod na ako marinig yan. Paulit ulit lang.

"Mom, we're in the middle of summer yet. Its still April and kailangan ko ng umalis baka mahuli pa ako sa registration, bye" agad ko ng pinutol ang tawag ko kay mommy. Huminga ako ng malalim at nagtipa ng message kay mommy how much I love her. She needed it so bad.

I still remember my dad punch mom in the face. Doon ko napagtanto kong gaano ka walang hiyang ama si daddy. I was crying and hugging my mom so tight. She cried so loud and seeing her hurting made me hurt more.
