THE ALPHAS MATE

Chapter 1

"How do you cut this thing off!?" I slammed the alarm clock on the floor "Time to get dressed..." I hurry up and get out of bed I put on casual clothes and make up my bed then that's when I realized today was the mating ball. I changed my clothes and put on something formal ( navy blue heels and and a navy blue off shoulder dress) then I brushed my curly hair into a pony and run out the door. I could now see the the stretch hummer limo, I hopped inside and talked to my friends Alexis and Kayla they talked about boys While I gagged in disgust.

"So who do you want to be your mate Anais?" I tell them  "At least not the widow pack" the widow pack had a reputation for being dishonest, ruthless and cruel. After a few hours we arrived, they opened the large doors time I walked in the widow pack stared at me. I didn't know what to do so I shifted into my wolf ( a white snout and chest with gray and brown fur on the rest  of my body) suddenly the widow packs alpha trots over to me and sniffs my fur. I thought to myself:

What is he doing?

Why is he doing it?

Then he left me alone so much pressure was relieved off of me. Every one started to stare at me a few minutes later it was like nothing happened I shifted back to my human form and asked my friends "Did you see that?" Kayla replied "Yeah, what do you think he was doing?" Alexis said "OOOhhh" I told her "We are not a thing !" Alexis replied "Well.... he did sniff you so he can track you." I mentally face palmed myself.

So he was into me?

I stopped thinking about it and the clock struck 12:00 the mating ball was over for now until the next day. Me and my friends got into the stretch hummer limo and went home I was dropped off at home I unlocked the door and went inside my dad was knocked out cold in the bed. I went to my room, washed up and put on my pajamas and went to bed.
