~The Time That She Lost~

~~Chapter seventeen~~

"and you are?" I asked her.

"One only" She said with a big grin on her face.

"We can ask dirty questions right?" I said teasing her.

"Well if you want to but I can say not comfortable anytime" She said.

"okay I got one, it's not a dirty one" I said. Trying to be smart here by the way.

"Which recently released movie you would want to see and why?" I asked her.

"Do I get an 'or' option here?" She replied and started laughing. Here she makes a poor joke. She controlled her laugh. "Did you get it?" She asked me.

"Yeah I did" I said, fake laughing.

"You don't have to do a fake laugh if you didn't find it funny, anyways I really want to see Underwater just because it's horror and I love horror movies" She said. I sat there embarrassed.

"Okay I have another one?" I said.

"Show me your list now, you were waiting for me to say something about this game weren't you?, where is your list? I know you made a 21 questions list" She said jokingly.

"after this overreaction I want to ask you would you like to go to see Underwater with me tomorrow?" I asked her. I was just hoping for a yes.

"Mr. Ashton trying to be smart, I like it" She said, looking at me from up to down then up. She was checking me out.

"So?" I asked her.

"I could go" She said after taking a pause.

"I'll pick you up at 6?" I asked her.

"Is this a date?" She asked me with suspicious eyes.

"It can be if you want to or it could just be two people hanging out because they like to spend time together, well do you because I do" I said. She smiled. It was a happy but a little bit shy smile. It looks amazing on her. I wish this smile stays on her.

"Yeah I too like your company" She said composing herself and trying to show its not a big deal. I could see she was a little shy and her cheeks were very light pinkish. That made my day.

"So date or not?" I asked her.

"Alright" She said.

"then 6 it is and you don't have to worry about anything I will take care of everything you just be ready at 6" I said. She shook her head in yes.

"let's go, mom would be waiting for me" She said.

~~Sam's P.O.V Ended~~

They both walked back to Emily's house and they didn't talk much during the walk. Emily told about how Ali get's worried quickly and how she is going to get scolded today because she was late. She told Sam about how after every six months she has to see doctor so that he could check if her right knee is fine. Sam tells her that he have heard about your accident from Scott. He said he remembers Scott saying that your conditions is bad and your chances are less.

"I am sorry I shouldn't have said that" Sam said and looks down.

"No no why be sorry it's the truth, I didn't had any chances but somehow I survived" Emily said.

"Well you are a strong one" Sam says.

They both reached Emily's house. Emily invites Sam to come in but he refuses and says goodbye. They both give each other a side hug and Emily climbs up the stairs. Sam waits for her to get inside and as soon as she gets in he walks away.

~~Emily's P.O.V~~

I am trying to sleep but thoughts are running in my mind. It's hard not to think. I don't know the guy and I am going on a movie date with him. Why can't I stop smiling. I am in trouble. God! Stop smiling girl.

It's just a date Emily. It doesn't have to be a big thing. Don't make it a big thing. Oh no! Amber will kill me. What will I wear? I am an idiot. Shut up and go to sleep and for the love of God stop smiling. I just hope he is one of the good ones. My eyes couldn't stay open anymore. It felt good to shut my eyes.

"This is what she does. She is very weird. You know she lives in a dump. She is so dumb you know, a handsome guy like him who plays football and is still the sweetest guy likes her and she doesn't give a shit about it, she is just a bitch, she use him" a girl with two other girls standing a little far from me said looking at me................
