~The Time That She Lost~

My throat was dry. My eyes searched for water. There it was the glass full of water. I quickly grabbed the glass and drank the whole in one go.

"Hey em are you okay?" Amber asked sitting up and rubbing her eyes.

Emily stayed silent.

"Nightmare? Again?" Amber asked her.

"No! It's was beautiful" Emily answered. Her eyes were still wide open and she wasn't blinking. Anybody could know that she was thinking something.

"Beautiful? How?" Amber asked confused.

"I don't know" Emily answer, now tears in her eyes.

"Hey Emily are you okay? What is going on? Tell me" amber asked getting more confused.

"I got hurt and a lady came to rescue me, I was small. I think I have seen her somewhere" Emily answered.

"Hurt, wound and beauty doesn't come together darling" amber stated.

Emily stayed silent. Now she had a smile on her face.

"Emily sleep okay" amber said and took hold off her shoulder and made her lay down.

Emily came back to senses and took a look at the time.

"Amber it's no time to sleep, get up" Emily said and pulled the blanket.

"Alright I was hoping you wouldn't see that" amber said disappointed.

They both went to the bathroom and brushed their teeths and after that they took their chance to shower and fresh and up. After done with their morning routine, They went out hoping that the breakfast would be ready. But ended up finding that Alli had left them a note.

Okay kids I have to run some errands, will come back most probably by lunch. Breakfast you make it you are big enough. But don't mess my house up okay and yes your brother I don't know where he is.

"So she thinks I am still small enough to mess things up but I am big enough to make breakfast. I am almost 24 and she treat me like a 12 year old" Emily complained.

"And I am suffering because of you", amber said with a disappointment smirk.

"No parent treats there 23 years old like that" Emily complained.

"Yaa leaving the fact that you were so much into your mobile that you had a car run over you which ended you in the hospital, leaving that you are big enough to handle yourself" amber taunted.

"Okay okay it was my mistake, worried to this extent my god save me" Emily prayed.

"Leave that, tell me about your dream" amber asked curious.

They both walked to the kitchen to see what could they make for dinner.

"Will tell you over breakfast" Emily said to avoid it.

"Okay so what should we make?" amber asked.

"You ask so many question" Emily stated.

Amber smiled silly and put her tounge out. Emily laughed at her reaction. Amber acted to be angry and then walked to the fridge. Emily took eggs in her hands and moved her hands closer to amber.

"What about omelet? I am hungry and I know we won't be eating lunch till Alli comes and she will not be here soon" Emily explained why omelettes.

"Done , you want to have pineapple juice or orange juice?" Amber asked her while finding them in the fridge.
