Part 1, Chapter 13

When we get to my room I sit Kate down and search through my closet in search for the perfect dress for her. When I see a nice one hanging up I grab it and hand it to her with a pair of heels.
Y/n: put these on and then come out I want to know if it's the right match.
She goes in and changes while I set up my make up and everything else. After a few minutes she come out and she looks drop dead gorgoues

The colour suits her skin ton well and the shoes match with it as well.
Y/n: ohhhhh I did a good job I see.
Kate: your fashion sense is amazing. Now you go get changed while u do my face and hair.

I grab my clothes and shoes and then walk into the bathroom. I quickly get changed and put my heels on. I then check my self in mirror and I like what I see. This dress was a gift from my mother and she told me to where it when I'm up on stage because it will take people breath away.

I walk out from the bathroom and see Kate has started in her hair now. She turns around when she hears me come out.
Kate: omg wow, this dress.
She looked shocked at what I was wearing.
Y/n: it was gift from my mother when she passed away. She told me to where it when I first perform. So here I am. Doing it for her.
Kate: that's how you make a mother proud.
She sits me down and starts to curl my hair, while I do my make up.

2 hours later.

Kate: are you ready to go?
Y/n: ready as I'll ever be. Anyways let's take a cab. I can't be bothered to drive.

Kate calls a cab and we wait outside for it to arrive. Less than 5 minutes later the car pulls up and we get in on our wya to school yet again.

At school

We arrive and we start to walk in going to find our seats. I get front row so Kevin can see me easily.
Kate: Eric messaged me saying Kevin is freaking out. What do we do?
Y/n: what do you mean freaking out?
Kate: like having a panic attack.
Y/n: ohh crap. Guess the surprise is now.
I run to back stage and meet Eric who takes me to his room.
Eric: he's worried has going to mess up and saying that he doesn't have his good luck charm with him.
Y/n: well his good luck charm just turned up.
Eric leaves me when we reach his door. I knock and he shouts.
Kevin: go away I can't perform. I'll go on if y/ns here but if not leave me alone.
I hope the door and see him looking panicked as hell. He looks up and sees me and runs straight to me.
Kevin: I thought you couldn't come.
Y/n: I was meant to surprise you but I heard you were freaking out and I knew no one could clam you.
Kevin: I'm so glad you came. I rushed to perform unless I had you here and I guess my wish came true.
Y/n: I wasn't going to miss this performance. You know how much I love it when you sing.
Kevin: I'm just glad your here.
He says that then pulls my face towards his so he can kiss me. When his lips land on mine I couldn't help but melt in to it. He pulled me closer so he could deepen the kiss. After a few more seconds he pulls away and leans his forehead on mine.
Kevin: I love you y/n
I wash shocked at first cause this is the first time he's ever said that. But it's true I love him as well.
Y/n: I love you to moon. I'll always be here when you perform.
He continues to hug me and burys his head in my neck just resting their for a few minutes until their was a knock on the door.
?: you have 3 minutes until you need to be on stage.
He shouts back an OK and then grabs his jacket and then grabs my hand. We start to walk near the stage and then he turns me to face him.
Kevin: thank you for being here. He kisses me quickly.
Y/n: I wouldn't miss it for the world. I better get to my seat. Don't worry I'm right at the front two chairs in.
He quickly pecks my lips again and let's me go.

I get back to my seat and Kate is just sitting their playing on her phone. When I sit down she puts her phone away and turns to me.
Kate: you missed 4 people already. What the hell happened?
Y/n: I had to calm him down. He's on next.
Kate: damnnn Eric told me that nothing could pursuade him to perform. You have skills.
Y/n: yeha I guess.
I look up to the stage and see that they have put Kevin's keyboard out and are setting everything else up.
I see him pacing back and fourth so I quickly shoot him a text.

Y/n
Don't be scared. I'm right here. I'll be cheering for you all the way. I love you.

I see him pull his phone out and smile at it knowing he got my text. He looks up and searches the crowd and when he finds me he smiles even more. He mouths something to me but I didn't quite get it so he says it again "I LOVE YOU SO MUCH" I smile and look down out of embarrisment.
After a few more minutes the presenter comes out and starts to tlak to the crowd.
Presenter: So right now we have a singer for you. Most of you may know him from school and having some of the best vocals. Here to perform for you now is Kevin Moon.
After that Kevin starts to walk out very confidently. He was smiling at the crowd and when he looks at me he sends a wink. He sits in hsi stool and positions the microphone.
Kevin: so today I will be performing an original song iwrote for someone very special. I would just like to say a thank you to her for being the best person in my life. I love you.
He smiles while saying into the mic. Kate nudges me knowing she was right about the song.

I couldn't help but she'd a few years while he was singing. The passion within his voice got to me and made me feel like he was just singing to me and that I was the only person their.
While he was singing he kept looking at me and looking into my eyes, I have realised that this is the person I love and will only ever love.
Once he was done everybody stood up and clapped for him. He got up of his chair and did a quick bow and then jumped of the stage, walked to me and pulled me into a sweet kiss. Everyone around was cheering and clapping.
Kevin: I love you.
I pulled him into another kiss not wanting to let him go.
He let me go and walked back stage so he can go get changed.
