Dear endless skies

I see constant change, for you are quite so fickle, way beyond flying kites.

The darkness of midnight presented the moon, the oh so emotional body of fear

And the minions: sleeping stars of the night by cute night-lights.

But soon the sunshine came, shining with absolute cheer,

Accompanied by its shields the clouds coming back from break.

The white fluff, the purple, pink, orange, silver linings reflecting off your blue.

The early morning brought leaves to have frosty, pretty dew so lovely it may look fake.

The layer of your white snow in the long, hard winter constantly grew and grew,

And there was the sibling, the hard hail, whose name implies worship,

And milder, gentler, warmer rain with staccato cadence, droplets of wet falling towards me.

The rainbow was in the peaceful parade at the end, an arching bridge of color with a ship

That was the wind of the world, all directions, at times heavy enough to have to pay a fee.

Then Dawn and Dusk appear again creating a constant cycle of the days.

They are twins with different personalities, I find when I gaze.
