Chapter 28: First Date

The week went by and Raven had a successful recovery. The brother's were realif they know how much "that man" loves this adoptive human daughter, but somehow they manage to love her as a sibling from either side. Shu has always found it fun to play music next to Raven, Reiji was glad to have another respinsable and someone to help around the house, Laito found it fun playing older brother with little sister, Kanato like how polite and respectful she was with Teddy even do she knew it was just a stuff bear, Ayato well...even if they don't talk as much now, when they were little even if Raven was youger then him, she gave him the love he could never get from his mother, and with Subaru, you guys already now XD.

But the brother's we're getting suspicious with her relationship with the Kurenai brother's, Raiben and Shibuya. They act more then friends, but the Sakamaki siblings can't put their finger on it and when they do she finds a way to change the subject. They have notice the sudden change in Raven way of talking and acting, she use to be so hyper and clumsy and know she is carefully; and the way of talk ways sweet and soft, now it's firm and soft.

Later after dinner Raven went to the libary and go read some books. Subaru notice that she has been feeling a bit trap and tried to escape by reading.

As she read Subaru sat down next to her and notice she was reading 'Fallen' he doesn't know why in her tablet she has romance and tragedy stories. He notice that he didn't got all of her attention do to the book so.he placed his hand at her waist and pulled her on his lap, getting her attention.

"Subaru-" before Raven could even finished her sentece Subaru kiss her, Subaru wanted to deepen the kiss but, Raven found a way out of his lap, "can't I ask why you did that" she said sarcasticly but puzzled he hasn't done that in a while let alone suprise her like that.

"No reason just felt like it" he said getting her tablet, "lots of romance books..." he said looking up from the tablet at her for a breaf moment.

"I like to read...that's all" she said sitting next to Subaru and taking her tablet from his graps, "I've just been a bit board that's all" she add as she close the slide.

"More like trap" Subaru said, "is their something I could do to make you feel less trap" he ask putting his arm around her.

"I don't know...we haven't gone out together in a while" she said a bit blush.

"Then I'll take you on a date" Subaru said confident as he say a small and soft smile foarm on her lips.

"Alright then..." Raven said, "what time?" She ask.

"Wait one more hour" was all he said and Raven mentally screaming-"ONE HOUR!!!!"

She ran up to her room and went thru her closet to find a perfect outfit. She decided to wear floral lavender color maxi dress with small slits on each side it had a small v and the thin straps made a neck line and it holded to the edge of her shoulder and some nice brown gladiator sandels. She had her perfectly straight hair in a french braid and natural make up. For sometime she wonder where Subaru was going to take her, since she hasnt gone out of the house in 3 or 4 weeks and their are some places in town that open up.

The time came as she say Subaru walk out and wait at the gate of course she went out but, she wanted to do something only couples in the park she seen do, she walk up to him not making a sound and coverd his eyes and said, "guess who?" as she giggled a bit. Call he weird but, he life wasnt always all that normal her friend at her old school thought it was.

"stop playing around" Subaru said as he genlty grab her amrs and turn around looking down at the petite girls, "so, ready to go"

"Hmn" she hummed as she nodded her head. Raven was so happy to be getting out of the mansion for some while, but she was also dreading it...since she recoverd her memories well half of them and now knows that vampire hunters are after her she is a bit scared and worried they might hurt Subaru along in the process.

"so, where are we going?" she ask a bit exited as she holded Subaru hands.

"some place special" he siad as they way thru the forest. Raven look around and found the place familiar, like as if she had gone here with him in their childhood. "okay, now close you eyes" Suabru said turning around.

"why?" she said puzzled.

"just do it" Suabur said rolling his eyes. Soon after Raven closed her eyes he grab her hand and lead her to the old medow, she stairted to here crumbeling noises and the smell of blossem, lily's and laverders.

"wait a second" she said raising a brow, "is this the medow" she said a bit exited.

"Bingo" Suabru said and Raven slowly open her eyes. She smiled and her sparkled with happiness.

"Well...come on" she said as she grab his hand. They bot laid down in the grass which was full of flowers.

Subaru started to laugh as some lilys were on Raven's nose, she blush with embarrassment and said, "hey dont laugh"

Subaru tried to stop laughing, "ah~ you look so cute" he said a bit blush.

"Hey, remember when we use to go to the hill and roll down it" Raven said as she step up.

"Hmn~" Subaru hummed as he look up at her and notice the playful smirk on her face. He smirk back and in the flash he was gone Raven blink shock and suprise, "hey!" She said as she turn around and say him smirk and say, "last one down is a rotating egg" as he rolled down the hill.

Raven got up and did the same, when they where kids Subaru at the end was ontop of her but this time it was her ontop of him. "Well, well now look who is on top of who?" She said mockingly as she look down on him. Subaru was blushing with embarrassment and Raven couldn't help but chuckled at his face expression, "hey don't be embarrassed" she said as she kissed his cheek. And that made him blush a darker shade of red.

Subaru got sick of being the one embarrassed so he grab her waist and flip ober so he would be ontop of her, "yeah...did you enjoy your victory" he said mockingly.

"Why yes I did" she said. Later own they went for a walk around the medow and later soak their feet in the lake and even splash each other, but the best part was that they where alone, no grown up, or older and annoying brothers to ruin the moment. A special night for the two of them.
