Lord, remove the weakness and make my heart strong.
I put my trust in you, in you alone.
So many things pop up in mind,
remove it oh Lord, clean it as white.
You are my rock, you are my stronghold. Never allow Lord my faith to be warm or cold.
Let the fire burn up and let the joy overflow. Let the blessings come and let the worries go.
Remove my gaze from my needs
and let my eyes be focused on heavenly things.
I will wait, wait patiently on you God,
anwers on my prayers soon I will have.

I wrote this poem on April 13, 2020. This time, I felt sad because I was worried about my needs financially. And as I was reading my Bible specifically on Psalms which is a prayer poem of David, these words came up on my mind continuously. After I finished reading, I wrote these words.
Whenever we feel sad, worried or troubled, our first resort should always be to God. Praying for Him in times of needs or sadness is not a sign of weakness but by praying we show that we need God to answer our prayers and He alone can do something about our prayers.
Do not fret or have any anxiety about anything, but in every circumstance and in everything, by prayer and petition (definite requests), with thanksgiving, continue to make your wants known to God.
