EXTENDED SUMMARY
Caroline Matthews has lead an extremely successful professional life, there was no arguing with that.
She left college after majoring in Theatre and minoring in media studies, and went straight to the stage, performing in the dance choruses of countless broadway and off-Broadway shows, blogging and vlogging her experiences all the while.
The vlogs were for herself more than anyone, but she felt rather inclined to share her passion with the world.
What had started as a small audience rapidly grew into thousands and thousands of followers, completely taken by Caroline's winning personality and charming demeanour.
She was delighted to say the least, climbing her way up the social ladder of New York, receiving brand deals left and right.
She didn't change all that much though, she somehow always kept her same sweet and humble attitude, never letting the fame get to her head.
When she did eventually retire from working on broadway, she had a good few career options at her feet.
She could've perused the whole influencer thing if she so desired, hell it was basically what she had been doing the entire time, but there was one option that really struck her interest.
Talk show host.
So she took the offer without a whole lot of hesitation. Carries Corner, she called it. Quite catchy. Every Saturday morning at 12AM until 2PM.
It was a strange enough time slot, but it worked completely in her favour. She started to garner a strange cult following of teenagers online, all fixated on how 'pure' and 'precious' she was.
Caroline has no complaints about this though, she actually thought the posts they made were quite sweet.
Her show was popular with the large majority of people. She covered quite a few topics. Anything ranging from trends that were floating around to politics and news.
Caroline enjoyed the life she led. Although she didn't have much time for friends, she didn't mind it, she loved what she did.
And who cares that she was 40 and single? Certainly not her!
She was happy, her life was more or less exactly how she would've wanted it to be. She was comfortable, she didn't have anything strange or unusual going on behind the scenes.
And she intends to keep it that way.
Well, intended.
