Buck was Looking at me when he saw me looking at him, he shot me a discrete wink causing me to blush. " I don't remember doing that" I squeaked "You shouldn't do that epically to him" He almost yelled, I was still red as a tomato. Bucky laughed lightly at Steve. " I don't know if I did or not, " I said in defense. "I mean I don't remember yesterday at all" I paused then looked at Bucky, he bit his lip, he saw me looking at his lips, and mouthed "walk with me" "steve I think your imagnening things he said as he left the room. "Oh really you smart ass" he laughed a hint of  being upset was still there.
I got up and patted Steve's shoulder "I think you need a pick me up" I paused "then take your cat with you he will make sure no birds and bees happen", I'll bring back some coffee"I said as I picked up tonie and walked out "you know how I like my coffee don't let buck make it it's been a while." he yelled so I could hear him. Buck had  waited for me to catch up at the top of the stairs. " are you okay" I asked concerned  I walked over to he turned to me. " so how'd the birds and the bees talk to go with Steve" he joked. " eh he just told me to take the cat with me no birds nor bees because of that" I giggled which caused the buck to look at tonie "oh what's his name" he slowly petting the cat's head. "His name is Tonie, but it's spelled differently" "So he's named after the tin man that fell asleep in his lab" he chuckled lightly, and stopped petting Tonie "Hey do you wanna go down to the kitchen and get coffee cause my eyes won't stay open" he walk over to the stairs. I followed him "Sure I said I was gonna bring back coffee to Steve anyway " I smiled "Oh then we better get some," he said walking down the steps. when we got down there we walked over to the common room which was right by the kitchen. 

"Did I really ya know?" I asked not wanting to say it "Did what" he teased, We walked in and saw Loki sitting on one of the couches reading a book "Hug you and um" I said. Bucky put his arm around my shoulder when he saw Loki, Loki looked up when he heard me talk to Bucky. "So were you the one that screamed a few minutes ago" he said annoyed "No it was her cat" Bucky tried to joke only getting an eye roll from Loki. " you must think a mere god such myself has no wits, no bother just be quiet and leave me alone," said shortly. Returning to his book he let out a sigh. We walked to the kitchen and I grabbed 3 mugs while Bucky turned on the coffeemaker. I set the cups on the counter then, grabbed some creamer out of the fridge. "Hey doll could ya grab the sugar " he said "Sure sugar " I sent him a wink jokingly then grabbed the sugar. I turned around to hand him the sugar he stood 3 feet from me he took the sugar from me. " how do ya like your coffee " he asked turning back to the coffee maker. Tonie sat on the island in the middle of the kitchen, he watched our every move. "Um a little bit of creamer lot of sugar," I said. he then started making coffee he already had one cup done. I picked up Tonie and put him on Buck's shoulder, he tensed up slightly the coffee cup that was now empty in his hand. the lower part of his shirt and his pants were soaked with coffee I took Tonie from him and set him on the floor " Oh James I am so sorry oh my god I didn't mean to ugh I'm so stupid, I should have made sure you set the coffee down first" I rambled while grabbing a roll of paper towels and handing them to him. "It's okay it was my fault and you're not stupid the cup was about to slip from me and I forgot coffee was in it for a second " he set the cup down and started dapping himself with a paper towel " damn I'm gonna smell like coffee now " he threw the paper towel in the trash then took off his shirt and set it on the island. " ugh I feel really bad though" I blushed at the thought of him pinning me to the counter quickly covered my face in embarrassment. then the flashback of Steve being cut by Loki crossed my mind. I had tears in my eyes.

"hey hey look at me " he put his hands on my shoulders. I looked into his eyes " Nicole are you okay " his brow was furrowed " I don't know I mean it's hard to tell, if what I do is real anymore or if I'm real or if the people around me are real" I felt a tear run down my face, he wiped my the tear off my cheek" I'm real your real this is all real" he hugged me tightly then I started crying "it's gonna be okay I'm here for you Steve's here for you so is Tony and ur cat," he rubbed my back hopeing that would help me calm down , "your gonna be fine" he laughed lightly I put my head on his chest. He let out a sigh. I looked up at him "Are you okay" I sniffled " I'm better since I'm out of Hydra I'm still trying to get back to my old self but I'm okay" he smiled at me. " at least you're not falling to pieces like I am" I started to cry again. " hey shh it's okay " he held the back of my head " your just having a tough time right now and we are both messes" he let me go and wiped my tears away " it's gonna be fine and your not falling to pieces your adding new ones every day" he smiled holding my cheeks " I am " I sniffled " yes that's why everyone is different they add different colors different shapes, that's why you're you" he smiled " thank you, bucky, and if ass grabbing  did happen I'm sorry" I hugged him real quickly he laughed then I let him go and we went back to making coffee

"who's grabbing who's ass here. "Clint said as he walked into the room " Y/n is the ass-grabbing Queen" Bucky joked. "Hey," I said in defense "Oh really how would you know," he said as he grabbed a box of cereal. "Don't you dare " I whispered hitting Bucky's arm lightly. He looked at me then back at Clint " Cause went I met her the other day she- hey Ow what was that for "Bucky jumped when I pinched his arm. " cause you deserved it " I said crossing my arms. " aw did she grab your ass too hard oh that's too bad, well I'm gonna go eat my cereal out of ass grabbing range" he said in between bites of cereal with a smirk. Clint left the room then me and Bucky grabbed the coffee and went back upstairs. As we walked over to my room we quietly joked about what happened in the kitchen. When we arrived at my room, I opened the door for us since Bucky was unable to do so. Bucky entered first then I did " I guess we're too late haha he is out," bucky said as I walked in. I looked at him then at my bed steve had fallen asleep with a book in hand. I sat down next to him and put the coffee down on the table next to the couch. Bucky sat on my bean bag when he tried to get comfortable he fell. This caused Steve to bolt up " I was not sleeping  " he said groggily. " A few minutes ago, ya want your coffee," Bucky said pointing to the cup on the coffee table with a laugh. " oh, yeah thanks" he paused then took a sip "Thanks so what took you guys so long," he asked sipping his coffee. Bucky and I explained how I scared him with tonie and that he spilled coffee all over him " I guess that explains why you don't have a shirt on " Steve commented. We left out the part about me breaking down and him hugging me. we also said how Clint commented on the ass-grabbing event Steve chuckled lightly at that. Then after that we joked for a while about things and made fun of Tony we also talked about old missions we went on. We spent all day and night talking and joking.
