Chapter 1

" Marigold! Don't you think you've had enough sleep already?!" Mom yelled. I groaned as a opened my eyes. I shut them immediately. And pulled the covers over my head.  "Marigold!!" Mom yelled.  I knew today was the first day of school. Don't get me wrong I love getting to school. Just that sometimes sleep seems so important.
" What time is it anyway?" I asked from underneath the covers. I could feel mom's glare at me. She sighed and walked away from my room, making sure to slam the door. Going back to sleep wasn't a very good idea, so I might as well get ready for school.
" Marigold! Have you seen my inhaler?!"
Kelly stomps into my room. I glare at her.
" I believe I'm not an inhaler keeper." I tell her and head for the shower.
" In fact that statement gives you away where is it!"
" Kelly I don't know where your stupid inhaler is and what will I want with it anyway? I'm not an Asthmatic patient like you are."
"Kelly!! Where are you! Your dad is ready to take you to school. "Mom yells from the kitchen.
I smirked as Kelly shot me a glare before stomping out of my room.

I got ready for school, grabbed my backpack, and went to the kitchen. I had my breakfast and waited for dad to get ready to take me to school. After a few minutes he came out from his office and we  left for school.
I slowly walked into my class and awkwardly sat in an empty seat. As I realized the teacher was in the middle of introducing two new students- twins. I always have a soft spot for twins. One of them turns to stare at me, I stare back at them. Then there's this sudden pull towards him like Im crushing on him already. Which I don't believe. they say its love at first sight - yeah right- but I honestly think its fake .  That only happens in movies. Maybe its just my mind playing tricks on me  and two, I've never had a boyfriend or a crush at all.
Since today was the first day if school we had no actual serious studdies.
I pick a book from my backpack and begin to read - I'm actually an introvert and would rather read a book than talk to others which most of the class understand and leave me alone. Which I'm fine with.
