The Demon Hunter
The soldiers of the Ukaho Realm marched on their way to drop the latest prisoners at Chumash, the biggest prison in the realm. "Keep moving you scumbags," the Whip Master shouted at the prisoners.
After a few moments of silence, a large bang and the sound of soldiers falling echoed down the march.
A man lay on the ground, cradling his broken bones. This man was not dressed in the usual cloth rags, or soldier armor. He wore gym shorts and a hoodie. "What is the meaning of this! Are you here to attack us, because that would make you as dumb as you look!" The commander shouted in the man's face, holding a dagger to his throat.
"Where am I?" was all the man said. The soldiers looked around in curiosity. "Sir, perhaps he fell from the tree, and hit his head and is suffering memory loss," a soldier said.
The commander nodded his agreement. "Yes that is what has happened! Get one of the carts to take this poor child back to Helop and make sure he receives medical attention.
After a few days of riding in the wild, Helop was in sight. The doctor the man received was kind, but useless.
"What is your name?" the doctor asked. "I am Arrongeth," the man said. ""What world is this?" Arrongeth asked.
"You are in Ukaho. Under the Lord Erikstad!" The doctor exclaimed. Arrongeth looked confused, and then suddenly alert. "Where can I find Erikgeth!? I mean Erikstead," Arrongeth shouted at the doctor, jumping from his seat.
The doctor was confused, and slightly fearful. "What is the name of his city," Arrongeth asked the doctor.
"Uh, it's called Ornate, sir" the doctor stuttered. Arrongeth pointed his finger at the wall, and an orb shot out at it. A hole opened in the wall, and through the hole, Ornate was visible inside of it.
"Good day," the man said to the doctor, as he jumped through the hole. The hole closed behind him.
Arrongeth walked through the Vortex dimension. It was empty, and looked like an 80s arcade game with blocks moving around. Arrongeth had spent 8 years living on the Earth dimension, and he had arrived during the early 80s.
Arrongeth stepped out of the other side of his portal, arriving in Ornate. He saw the palace, and knew that Erikgeth would be on the throne, relishing the fact that nobody knew he was a species hungry demon.
As Arrongeth walked up the steps to the palace, he pulled a bluish red dagger from his satchel. A single guard stopped him at the door when he saw the dagger.
"What are you planning on doing wit-" the guard began. Before he finished with his question, Arrongeth shot a portal on the ground behind the guard, and punched him in the face so he fell backward. He just sent the guard to Earth.
Arrongeth opened the grand door to the palace, and immediately after stepping inside the building, he saw his target, sitting on a large throne. All of the guards in the room began to sprint at Arrongeth.
Before the guards got to him, the started to disintegrate to ash piles, the first ones to die were the ones closest to Arrongeth.
"Hello my brother," Erikgeth said, his voice booming through the hall. He stood from his throne. Erikgeth (or as the men of this realm knew him, Erikstead was several times larger than any man in existence, hitting just about 20 feet tall.
"I have to admit, I have been wandering when you would catch up with me. The Empire State incident was nearly a year ago, so tell me, what took so long?" Erikgeth said. Arrongeth had been thrown off of the Empire State building by his brother, Erikgeth. He had cast a portal on the ground, seconds before he splat.
