•~Chapter 1~•

My eyes were finally refocusing on the scene before me. I gasped as someone shook me roughly by the shoulders. 

" Uravity! Get your head out of the clouds! It's not the time to daydream! Eraserhead is calling for reinforcements in Town Square! You need to get there as fast as you can!"  The hero quickly spoke to me as she moved me behind her and sliced a nomu in half with her katana.

My eyes widen as I looked at her, " Wait, I know who you are! You're the hero Ninjustu! I need answers please, I don't know what's going o-" 

She grabbed my hand and started running into a building, " Look, I can't explain right now. I know this is confusing, but you have to focus on getting to Eraserhead! He can explain this situation better than me." 

She pulled me up the stairs to the rooftop of the building. As I looked out toward the city, I couldn't stop my eyes from widening so much that I thought they would pop out. The city was destroyed. So many buildings were crashing into each other, and I could hear the sound of the helicopters in the night sky looking for civilians and injured heroes. I wanted to break down right there until Ninjustu grabbed me by my shoulders once more and stared deep into my eyes. 

" Listen to my words carefully Uravity. Japan is doomed."

No, this can't be happening right now.

"Our main priority is to help evacuate the remaining civilians and hold the villains back until all the civilians of Japan are far enough to be safe. " Ninjustu grabbed a com from her fanny pack and laid it out in my hand. " You'll need this to communicate with the other heroes. A signal will be given through the coms that will tell us when the heroes that stay behind can evacuate. Until then, you need to get to Town Square where Eraserhead is at. He can explain more." 

I looked at her with fear and uncertainty written all over my face, but there was one thing I needed to know before I left. " Can you at least inform me if my classmates are okay?"

Ninjustu smiled at me and nodded, "They're okay, and are already in Town Square. So please, be safe Uravity. Japan...no the world is counting on us to defeat these villains!" She looked out toward the city with a stoic face, but the sadness and courage in her eyes never withered. " Even if we don't defeat them here."

I listened to her words and they strangely gave me a boost of confidence. I was still afraid, but I knew that this was real. This wasn't a dream, this was a real situation and I needed to be strong for it.  

" Alright, I understand the situation. I will do my duty as a hero. Thank you Ninjustu, you gave me the confidence I thought I lost."

She gave me a sad smile and pat my head, " I apologize Uravity. You shouldn't have to go through this at a young age. I hope, that we'll meet again after this and that your youth be more joyous." 

I gave out an empty laugh as I looked out at the burning city. " You know, I was supposed to graduate today.. and become a full hero. I was gonna have to fight anyways. So please don't feel pity for us, we knew what we were getting into when we applied for UA."

Ninjustu chuckled as she pats Uraraka's shoulder walking past her toward the edge of the roof and turns towards her with a big smile. " Alright then Uravity, I'll see you on the other side." She saluted her as she fell backward off the building.

I gasped and ran to the edge only to see her run through the streets cutting down nomus until she finally left my sight. 

I sighed as I looked toward Town Square and my confidence wavered. 

What will I encounter there? Are they okay?

I took a deep breath and clenched my hand into a fist. 

 I have to be strong, my questions will be answered when I get there.

I closed my eyes for a moment before opening them back up. My eyes glowed pink as a pink aura surrounded me. I started to float off the ground and started floating toward Town Square.

When I got there, I landed and felt a rough impact of wind hit me as I put a hand over my eyes to cover them from the bright light of a helicopter. Once the light left my sight,  I started looking around for my classmates and teacher. I started hearing grunting and from the corner of my eye, I saw a quick light of fire come from behind a pile of cars. I started running towards the sound and my eyes widen when I saw my classmates fighting. 

There are so many villains, no wonder Sensei needed reinforcements. 

I ran straight into the battle and touched a few cars making them float, as I ran towards a nomu, I dodged his attack and turn around to let the cars fall on him. The sound alerted the others as they turned towards me.

I dodged another one's attack and just kept dodging until I saw a flash of green come into my vision. 

" Get away from her!!"
