As of today, my child will be born soon. I don't know if he'll ever come across this letter. Son, I hope you know i love you. I know you'll most likely become a nameless because of my wrong doings. Just know if i hadn't done what i did you would not be here right now. I hope you don't become a nameless child. Live happy son.

- Love Mom

Life on Earth has changed due to the Government ruling 100 years ago. My grandparents and great grandparents lived during some gruesome things, but not like I have to. Due to the Government, there is a test designed to test your knowledge. If you pass you move on to the next things which is choosing an occupation. For some they become the nameless. Nameless are humans of artistic ability or traders. My mom was known as a trader. She fell in love with a nameless man. He was an artist- a painter- he painted her lilies, the sunset, sunrise, anything beautiful that reminded him of her. He was so in love with her, but they did worst sin in our society. They made love to each other. Basically to the Government, I'm a mistake to society. For myself i create music. At my part of the slum, there are a bunch of music stores at most i play for the customers. Doesn't matter what I just play. Everything creative got pushed into our part of the city.

I believe it's sad, how people suppress the finer things in life. Pieces of art from the 1800's, music from 1900's to 2000's. Everything got put into one part because it was saw as useless, yet all these are ways of expressing yourself. It became this way because of the Great War of the 2080's. There was an outbreak, this caused great isolation, sickness, and war to break out with many countries. The US closed all it's borders. No one could come in or out. By time, they got it under controlled.

"Nameless!"

I look to see Lost. I wave toward her.

"Mom and Father were looking for you! Should of known you' be here playing."
"You caught me. Come on, Let's go on our way."

The way through the slumps was bad for her to travel alone especially this late. I shouldn't of been so lost in thought, but the way the government can control everything makes me wonder how life was back for my grandparents. Was it always this way? Every time I've tried to do research it's like they've erased everything from that time. What are they hiding? It always crosses my mind. Mid thought, there was a scream heard.

"Nameless? Did you hear that?"
"Yeah. Lost, follow behind me."

We follow the sound of the screams. In a dimly light alley, there was a girl in rags? nice clothes? both? Her hair was a stray, and she looked beaten horribly.

"YOU ARE A DISGRACE."

"Papa.." the girl cried out, "stop please you're hurting me. "

I look toward Lost, "You go home, i'll be there soon."
"No! Mom and Dad are going to wonder where you are. You know that."

"Ugh- okay just get behind the trash can."
as i turned back the man ran away, pushing me as i hit the ground.

"COWARD!"

I look toward the girl to see her unconscious.

"Hey? Wake up.. - Lost- come and help me with her."
"what are you doing? we don't her. I've never seen her before."
"She might be new. We can't leave her out her."

i want to know who this girl, and why she was on this side of the wall.
