1. Story should be published. I used to make covers for unpublished books but people never even used them and well making covers and graphics takes a whole lot of time so it'd be nice if i'll be sure atleast you WILL use it.
2. The graphic has to be applied for at least 2 weeks.the password for the req form is your favourite singer/songwriter. (do check back as i keep changing it)
3. Be patient. I've a life outside wattpad and it'd be appreciated if you'd not constantly complain about your req.
4. Please fill the whole form.If you leave even a single, i repeat, A SINGLE BLANK IN THE FORM EMPTY, adieu :)) you can leave if its optional duh
5. NO CHANGES will be made after the cover is send. if changes are convenient I'll try x
