SEASON 1 CHAPTER 1 : THE PROMISE

Luffy's Pov 

A turtle appeared and started to approach our ship monotonously. So, Usopp screams from the watching post that it was coming dangerously close to the Merry. Nami's first reaction was to panick then she took back her calm and walked over to Zoro

- Please get this turtle away from our ship !

- I'm not a dog, you can ask me nicely.

- I'll ask you nicely when you'll be dead because this freaking turtle ate you !

I can see him sighing.

- Ugh ok ok.

Zoro's Pov

I take out my saber and jump out the ship towards the weirdly big turtle. What I see leaves me speechless... A girl wearing a purple dress was SITTING on the "turtle" I don't even know why Usopp called it a turtle because it looks more like a big lizard then it looks like a turtle.

I land on the lizard and i'm ready to attack at every moment. The girl looks at me, totally smirking at me.

- Roronoa Zoro. What a pleasure.

- Who are you ?

- I'm from Baroque Works. I'm Miss Allsunday. I just wanted to prevent you and your little friends that where your Log Pose is going to get you, it's gonna kill you. I have a way smarter solution for you.

She throws something at me, it looks like a Log Pose but bigger and in an hourglass.

- This is an Eternal Pose. It's gonna get you to an island way more secure. None of the Baroque Works member knows about it so you'll be cool.

- It's obviously a trap. I'm not that dumb.

- Maybe or maybe not.

I destroy the Eteral Pose.

- Sorry but I don't trust anyone, especially you.

- What a shame. A so beautiful and so young man like you is gonna die.

I narrow my eyebrows at what she said.

- Don't try to play flirty with me, I'm not that type of guy. I don't care about anyone.

- Me neither. Looks like I found a common point between us.

She gets up from her seat and walks towards me.

- That's too bad. I thought I could finally get a man after all these years. Looks like i'm gonna have to wait. If you excuse me.

She walks back to her seat but I block her from sitting back.

- Because you think I'm going to let you leave now I know you're from Baroque Works ?

- I'm sorry sweetheart but our fight is gonna have to be later, if you survive till you reach Alabasta.

I smirk. I have a big idea.

- If I make it to Alabasta, First you fight with me and then if I win the fight you give me all the alcohool you can find for free.

She turns around and face me.

- If I win, you have to kiss me in front of all your friends.

I laugh

- Believe me that won't happen because I'm gonna win.

She smiles at me. She gives me her hat.

- You keep this until you get to fight with me. This is the sign of our promise.

I smile back for the first time in forever.

- I like that...
