I lied, I have a very cute ending that had much more closure. I will be updating chapter twelve (the REAL final chapter) on Christmas Day.
I'm very excited, it's pretty freaking cute.

Dean's POV
Castiel peered through the window, smiling as he looked over the infants that were wrapped in thin blankets and in beds. I walked up behind him and slid my arms around his waist, resting my chin on his shoulder and pressing my chest against his back gently.
"You see any you like?" I chuckle when he jumps, turning around in my grasp and giving me a brief kiss. When he pulled back, he grinned widely, putting his hands on my cheeks and stroking my cheekbones with his thumbs.
"Yeah," Cas wriggled out of my arms and stood on his tip-toes as he looked around. His eyes lit up and he tapped on the window, pointing at a baby boy in the back of the room. He lay quietly, not wailing or fussing like all the others. "That one."
I followed Cas' point and found the small child, laying there, peacefully observing the room around him. I stared at the newborn as a smile curled up on my lips. "What's his name?" I ask as I put my put my arm around his shoulder and pulled him into me, resting my head on his.
"Kevin." Castiel smiled at the baby through the window as he put his arm around me as well. "His name is Kevin."
After the papers were signed, the nurse brought the baby, bundled up and wrapped in the soft, blue blanket, she carefully handed him off to Castiel. His eyes crinkled as he smiled from ear to ear, his eyes also began sparkling with tears of joy. He held the child in his arms so delicately and gently, as if it were made of porcelain and would break at even the kindest winds.
Five years ago, I would had never expected to see what I saw that day. My best friend, my husband standing next to me, grinning himself to tears, and both of these beautiful boys being mine.
Castiel handed my new son to me and my world was changed. I grinned from ear to ear as this tiny little creature's heart beat in sync with mine. As it's small chest rose and fell like mine. I grinned from ear to ear and glanced up at Cas, who grinned right back at me. I looked back down at the beautiful baby in my arms, to find him opening his eyes for the first time. I was the first face that this baby had seen. My baby. And when his small lips curled into the gentlest, faintest smile, my heart exploded in my chest. Seeing my new baby boy smile at me, was the most uplifting and heartwarming thing I had ever experienced. I smiled back and the baby and gently kissed his nose. Castiel put his hand on my back and I handed Kevin back to him. I wiped the tears of sheer joy with my sleeve, as I put my arm around Cas. After such a dark life, one that was filled with such negativity and sadness, it made me question if this was real or if it would stay this happy. Luckily, it did. In fact, it only got better from there.
