2 Years Later ~Makki fluff~

So, here we go again

Max sighed as he stepped off the bus and walked into Camp Campbell, he would never tell anyone but he missed this place, and David. Speaking of David, Max saw him and decided to walk over, except he bumped into a girl who was hitting a tree with a stick "Watch where you're going!" She snapped. Max looked at the girl a bit, memories were starting to flood his mind. She had teal hair sure but he didn't seem like the girl he hung out with, she was wearing darker clothes, she was rude and lazy looking, not the bright, adventurous, fun-loving girl he used to know. He sighed and continued to walk to David. As soon as he was near the tall man, David's face seemed to light up with excitement "Max!!" He yelled happily with a twinkle in his eye before pulling the younger, dark haired boy into a hug that he couldn't escape from. Max struggled to get free "AGH!- FUCK- DAVID! GET OFF ME" David respected Max's wishes and let go "What happened last year Max? We didn't see you" David's excitement turned to concern. Max explained that his parents simply hadn't cared enough to drop him off at the bus stop and that made David sad "Well Max, maybe we just have to send someone to get you next year, we could always send Nikki's parents to come and get you, I'm sure they wouldn't mind" The man smiled softly, as he was crouching to be on Max's level, he felt a new weight on his back, Nikki had jumped onto David's back. "By the way, Neil told me to tell you that he isn't coming to camp this year, he wants to focus on research or something" The girl thought of something "Hey David, do you remember the other boy I used to hang out with?" David took a moment to remember back to 2 years ago and then he smiled "Of course I do Nikki" He lifted the girl off his back and put her down in front of Max "You're looking right at him" Nikki seemed confused and then she remembered. She looked up at "Max?" The dark haired boy looked up at Nikki "Yeah? The fuck you want?" Max hadn't been listening to David and Nikki's conversation. Nikki smiled a bit "It's me, Nikki, you remember me right? Please say you do!" She grabbed him by the front of his hoodie. Max got her hands off him "Yeah... I Remember" He smiled a bit "C'mon, lets go to our tent" Max started walking until he was getting pulled, meh, he let it happen. It was good to have his best friend again so he didn't want to ruin it.
