Oceans Away

Part 2

I looked at the guy he seemed meaty enough to be a meal.
"H-hey!" I said as I walked up to him I tried walking as best as possible.
"Oh hey! What brings you to the beach on this lovely day?" He asked very excited to see me like he knew me his whole life.
"Oh! I um actually I'm looking for my dog." I tried to say in a worried voice.
"Oh well want me to help you look?" He asked actually believing my lie.
"Um no thanks I can handle it." I told him. Until I got an idea.
"Oh actually yes, I would like your help!" I said realizing he could actually be our meal.
"Oh ok um well what does your dog look like?" He asked
"Oh well it's brown." I said looking around for a dog to describe.
"It also is um, you know what I think it's at the pound. Could you please lead me to the pound?" I decided thinking I could get a dog there.
"Um yeah sure!" He said gladly.
"Thanks! Um actually it's right there!" I said pointing to a dog wandering around.
"Oh well do you have to go or no?" He asked as we went to get the dog.
"Um no wanna swim together?" I asked him with a smirk on my face.
" Yeah! Why not? I actually never caught your name." He said
"Oh I'm Ida."
"Michael." He said, he had a warm smile. Shortly after tying up the dog we both changed and swam for hours. As it got darker he seemed different, he seemed more energetic, then energy was kinda cute....he was kinda cute.
"I gotta go." Michael said getting out of the water.
"Oh well see you here tomorrow?" I asked. I knew I wouldn't be back.
"Yeah, of course!" Micheal said. I waited until Micheal disappeared into the darkness to get out of the water. I grabbed the dog and jumped into the water I waited to get my tail back before going home. My mom and sister were waiting for me on the couch.
                     "Ida dear, why did it take so long?" My mom asked getting up from the couch.
                    "Oh! It was um hard to find a dog. Yeah...." I said as I gave my sister the now dead dog.
                    "Oh and where is the human I asked you to get?" My mom asked coming closer to me.
                    "Well you see mom I-"
