1. Invasion

It's 9:00 PM. It starts to rain and two men meet up in an alleyway, one wearing a yellow coat and the other wearing a red and black coat.. The rain pours down faster and faster

"Ok, I have the card!" The yellow coat man yells as they walk closer to each other

They finally meet at the middle of the alley. The man gives the other the card. The man with the red and black coat examines the card.

"Who do you think I am!" He says. "This is not the card we promised to trade. Are you trying to rip me off again!"

"No, please...I-I thought this was the right card, I'm sorry sir. D-Don't worry I have the card in my pocket" The yellow coat man says nervously as he reaches into his coat pocket. He then realizes he did not have the card.

"You know what....Forget it" The red and black coat man says. He pulls out a red card and throws it down. It suddenly shape shifts into a pistol "You knew I needed that demon card and I'm not giving up until I receive it." He then points the pistol at the yellow coat man

"Please, we can work this out...I-I'll get you the card tomorrow....I promise I have it." He says nervous that he'll actually get shot.

"Fine, tomorrow you give me the card and we will continue our trade. You get what you want If I get what I want." The red and black coat man says. "And......If you fail to give me the card then I have no choice but to kill you, understand?"

The yellow coat man agreed and the red and black coat man put his pistol back in card form


World Of Cards ~ 1. Invasion

It's morning, another day for Leon Clark, A 16 year old teen who is card training. He is now in school daydreaming in class about his upcoming card training classes he takes after school

"Leon...LEON!" Midnight yells raising her voice a little but not loud enough to disturb anyone

"What?" Leon says "What happened"

"You were spaced out, you know we have a big test tomorrow right?" Midnight says. She then looks towards the front of the class

Midnight and Leon both met each other through card training and have been training partners ever since.

Leon has been thinking about card training all day because today is his first card battle training. He will finally practice using his cards in a fight. Since crimes are rising, this section of card training helps students fight for themselves.

Leon and Midnight live in a society that has been taken over by "Cloud Cards". These cards are made out of a discovered material called Magnite. Magnite is a shape-shifting stone tested to turn into anything it is commanded to turn into. Later that year, cards were made. The cards were used to summon a specific item or weapon and cards were sold everywhere. Then 1 year later new discoveries were made.  Not only were cards used for summoning items but they could also grand you powers temporarily. Magnite seemed to be evolving over years, getting stronger and creating new things, who knows what it could advance to next! 

After School

Leon and Midnight arrive at card training. They start their usual training, learning how to summon their items through cards and summon the items back into the cards. After that it is finally time.

"I'm so ready for this!" Leon says to Midnight

"Ready for what?" She says back

"Card battles! I've always wanted to use these cards in battle."

"Why would you want to fight? You should try to think about other things like helping people or repairing things or even summoning food....Wait, are there any food cards?"

"Nah, I don't think so." Leon then realizes he's off topic "Anyways, I want to fight with the cards because I want to help fight crime and save people who are getting hurt by these evil card holders for no reason."

"That seems like a lot, are you sure that you want your career to be like that?" Midnight questions.

"Of Course, This sounds like a bad idea but with enough training I think I could pull off being a card hero!"

"A Card Hero?" Midnight says confused

"That's just what I call it." Leon explains smiling

The teacher finally talks telling everybody that everyone will start training battles

"The battles include robots that have been summoned from the cards!" The teacher throws down the card and it summons a blue robot with red eyes "This robot might look scary but don't worry, the robot is set onto an easy difficulty. Once the robot is defeated the robot will go back into it card, understand!?" 

The students immediately get a staff card and they summon their staffs in preparation for their upcoming battles 

"Alright class let's start-"

An explosion goes off in the distance and suddenly a man with a red and black coat jumps out of the explosion and jumps onto the training field. He then looks at the card training teacher.

"It's tomorrow isn't it? I'm in need of that trade and as I said before.....You get what you need and I get what I need. Anyways, I need that demon card now!"
