It's been a year and a half or so of my friendship with my second closest friends and I've never been comfortable with them because they're openly homophobic so when I tried coming out I had to play it off as a joke because I didn't know they're homophobic.
Their moms are also your typical suburban white moms and barricade them from anything remotely "inappropriate" things.

So anyways, my friends and their moms are douchebags but I need them for even just a tiny sense of validation.

Also, majority of my family and friends are homophobic, and literally three people know.
I've been slightly hinting at it to my mom, but she's telling me I'm "too young to recognize a foreign feeling" when I've had more than one partners in my life (1 male, 2 female and 1 non-binary)
