I woke up to the sun peeking its way through my curtain and onto my face. I couldn't believe that today was the day that I would be leaving home. All my friends, memories, and family all gone, and it's all because of Moms stupid job. I sometimes wish that my mom could just spend a little more time with me than worrying about her job 24/7 it's like I don't even exist. Why couldn't she just leave me with grandma?
Mom: "Y/N! Come downstairs when your done getting ready, we have 2hours till we have to leave!"
Y/n: " Okay mom!" I yelled as I shifted off the bed. I made the bed and got into the shower. I turned the knob as warm water hit my skin. I only took 20 mins to shower. Once I got ready I went downstairs and helped with the luggage. We had a hour left after that so we headed on our way to the airport.

We got to the new house and it was amazing! I literally can't believe my mom could afford this but I guess whatever she does for work gives her a lot of money.
