Nightmare

~~~~Will's POV~~~~
I awake in the middle of the night to find Tessa tossing and sweating in her sleep. She also called out my name, then Jem's. "Tessa, Tessa, wake up" I say, my hand shaking her shoulder. "Oh, Will" she whispers and hugs me. "I had a dream, you and Jem... Died" her voice shaking. "And I couldn't do nothing to save you two." "It's okay," I try to say in a smoothing voice, "I'm here, Jem's okay." "Oh god, I miss them so much" Tessa tells me. "So do I" I answer her. "Why did you choose to come here with out thinking about it?" I didn't know how to answer that. Because I love you I wanted to tell her. "Because..." Then I stop talking and I kissed her. I couldn't take it no more. There seemed to be nothing to care about but me and Tessa kissing right now. After a few seconds, she turns her head. "William Herondale, why did you do that?" she asks me, but in a nice why. "That way I came here" I answer. At that she turns her head so we make eye contact. It's weird how once you make eye contact with someone, it's almost impossible to look at something else. "To kiss me?" she wondered. "No, I can't stand being away from you," I spell out, "every time we go out, boys stare at you and I want to punch them." she starts to blush. "Why?" she says. "Why what?" I ask. "Why do you pick me over all the other pretty girls you could choose from?" "because you aren't like all the other girls," I say, "you are smart, nice, and don't like to show off you're body like the other girls I seen. "You get exited over books like I do and your not afraid to ask things." I can see her holding back tears and then she hugs me. "You have no idea how long I wanted to say that to you" I admit. Her laugh had some crying in it too
~~~~Tessa's POV~~~~
I wake up in Will's arms again, but this time I knew this is were I fell asleep. I start to remember last night, and me and Will's kiss. I know it couldn't be a dream, it was to real. Will also wakes up a little bit after me. "Good morning, Tessa" he tells me in a I'm-still-sleeping voice. "Morning" I answer back. I couldn't take the wondering any longer, "did what happen between us, was I dreaming?" "No, did you want it to be a dream?" he answers in a disappointing voice. "No" I whisper back. I turn around in his arms so we are facing eye to eye. He kisses me and I didn't turn away this time, I wanted to happen. "We are going to be late for work" I say as I get up from the bed.
My job was to put stuff where they belong. Will's was cashier. I couldn't stop smiling all day. I kissed William Herondale. I thought all day long.
Will and I have already made friends. After we are done with our shift, we go out and eat with two friends we met. I met a girl, Ella and Will met Matt. We go out to eat pizza since me and Will aren't used to the other food, and pizza isn't that bad. Ella already asked me if Will was single, I told her not to ask him out because we are like brother and sister, I didn't want to say we was dating because I don't even know if we are. They helped us learn how to work on our iPhone. After that we say good bye and Will and I take a cab to the hotel.
"That was fun" I say as I lay on the couch watching T.V.. I was watching Doctor Who when Will came and sit on the couch with me. "It's cool that he is always getting in danger and his companion always stays beside him" he tells me, "it's like you and Shadowhunters, no matter how dangerous something is, you never back down." I give him a smile. "Earth to Teesa" he says. "I was just thinking." "about last night, so am I" he says. "I just want to know where we are in our relationship, because that's not what friends do" I say staring at the ground. "What do what us to be then?" he asks me. "More then friends" I answer in a quiet voice. "Why do you seem so afraid to say that?" he asks me in a soothing voice. "Because this seems too good to be true" I admit. He gives me laugh. "Don't be silly, Tess, you're not like any other girl I met. How many times do I have to say that before you believe me?" "not many." I answer before I kiss him. I didn't want to let him go so I didn't. I wrap my arms around his neck and he puts his hands around my waist. He takes my hair out of its bun. "God, Tessa, you're so damn beautiful" he says in between kisses. I didn't want this to stop but it has to. "It's late, we need sleep" I tell him. Instead of letting me go like I thought, he picked me up and carried me to the bed. He knows I don't want to go too far, so I just lie in his arms. This all happened because I had a nightmare.
