The Mission In Hand(Prologue)

Under the starry night, the girl moves quickly with quick prosecution. Gun in hand, she observes where the guards and cameras were located, waiting for the right time to strike. Her silver hair was glimmering in the moonlight, kind of giving her spot away. Why she was doing this? She doubted herself, countless times in her work, but she knew this was the only way to cope with the chaos she had many years ago...

She had not know it.

"Quicksilver"  Fane! When we can meet up again? I am very free during the weekend, and I need some help with my homework.

Fane I think about 4pm on 26/3/20XX, still I am quite busy right now, so see you later then!

"Quicksilver"  Okay!!

That was the last conversation she had with Fane.

Word was a wildfire, devastating classmates, teachers, and them about the news she was missing, no evidence linked to it. Some rumoured she may have suicided, some still believe she went to Mt. Ebott, a place of no return, or still have the belief she is still alive.

When her best friend, "Quicksilver", receive the traumatic news, "Quicksilver"'s world gone to shambles, knowing that the friend she loved most dearly, was gone like the wisp of a candle. She shunned herself from others, not wanting to relive the incident she had.

A few days after the incident, she've gone mad, even resulting in more pain. She had to do something, something, to distract herself from it, all of it.

What was that? She thought to herself. She looked at where the ringing came from. Her phone. She looked at the number, finding out its not the one she've recognised. Maybe its just a scammer. She told herself, however, she gave in to curiosity, answering it.
