Chapter Ten~possible sickness

Zariah's POV
I woke up next to Levi I was wondering how I got into bed and I remembered falling asleep in the bathtub so Levi must have brought me here I look at Levi and he looked like a baby sleeping I giggled and kissed his lips I checked my pocket watch and it's was 5:08am I then heard mumbling coming from Levi
"Zariah....I love you.....kids one day"I heard Levi mumble in his sleep I blushed at the fact he said kids I then hugged him and push my face in his chest falling back asleep
Next morning
I woke with Levi standing and staring at me I looked at him confused I than saw two bags packed and I mouthed out and got out of bed I grabbed a uniform and quickly changed and tied my hair into a ponytail I grabbed our cloaks and Levi grabbed out bags I checked the time and it was 6:28 I yawned I left the room with Levi I then looked at Levi with tired eyes
"I thought the expedition was tomorrow not today"I said yawning
"Well they need us a day earlier"Levi said with a his usual cold voice
"And why do we have to leave this early?"I asked Levi
"Because it takes an hour to get to Glendale village and if we Leave now we will make it by 8 am"Levi said arriving at the horses
"Where is everyone esle?"Right as I said that Eren came out of the building yawning
"Zariah go hook up these to our horse"Levi said taking the cloaks and giving me the bags I then went to one of the horses and attached our bags to its sides I got on and rode it to where Levi was I saw Eren mikasa Levi and Petra
"Where's Hange she has five minutes to get here!"right as Levi said that Hange came running out
"I'm here I'm here"Hange said panting
"Do you have the force field"Levi asked Hange
"Of course I do I was late because I was adding the last touches"Hange said proudly
"Alright get on your horses we don't have all day"Levi said getting infront of me so he could control the horse he gave me my cloak and I put it on pulled up the hood I leaned my head on Levi's back falling back asleep
Time skip
I woke up in a bed I looked around and I didn't recognize where I was I then felt the building shake I looked out the window and it was a Titian I stepped outside and conformed it was a Titian and then it stepped on a build and I saw blood leaking I quickly I killed the Titian and ran back into the inn and looked for Levi he was looking out the window in shock
"Levi where's Hange we need to put up that force field now!" I said shocked
"Go down stairs and it's the first door to the left"Levi said shocked
"Thank you" I said before leaving the room and running to hange and Petra's room I knocked on the door quickly  Hange then opened the door and nodded at me indicating that she knows why I'm here she and Petra left the room and went to the boarder around the village and it took us 30 minutes to set up the forcefid around the village Hange then turned it on and decided to stay by it to see if any Titian's would come and die instantly me and Petra walked back to the inn in relief when we entered the front door I saw Levi talking to the receptionist Petra went to her room while I walked over to Levi
"What are you guys talking about?" I asked
"Oh Mrs Lydia here was just telling me about the village"Levi said grabbing my waist with one hand and pulling me closer to him
"We have a river not to far from here and a lot of cafes around town you can eat at"Mrs Lydia said smiling
"Thank you so much miss Lydia"Levi said
"No thank you our whole village would be gone if it weren't for you and the other survey corps"Mrs Lydia said and smiled at us me and Levi went to one of the cafes Mrs Lydia told us about and it had some really delicious food there Levi just got black tea and eggs I got earl grey (see what I did there ceil vibes) and pancakes we sat down at a table and when I ate the food it tasted like heaven  like it was so sweet one bite could have given you diabetes we finished and we went back into the in I laid do on the bed letting my brain take over but I snapped back into reality when I heard Levi scream my name
"ZARIAH!"Levi screamed
"Wha! yes Levi?" I asked
"Did you heard anything I said?" Levi asked
"Uhh heh no"I said nervous
"Ugh well we are going to the river mrs Lydia told us about"Levi said taking off his shirt
"When?" I asked
"In the next hour"Levi coming over to the bed he sat beside me and let me lay on his bare chest as I laid my head on his skin he quickly took me off his chest and look at me I gave him a confused look
"What's wrong?"I asked confused
"Are you feeling ok?"Levi asked looking at me concerned
"Yeah I am"I said still confused
"Are you sure?"Levi asked still concerned
"Yeah why?"I asked confused
"Ok it's just that your burning up"Levi said feeling my forehead
"Maybe I'm just hot"I said reassuring him he signed and look at me he then kissed me and hugged me closer
