Quirk explanation: The quirk allows the user to the abilities of any video character he knows, along with creating items from those games but they aren't the complete replicas- he can also generate small pixels as floating weapons
Drawbacks: The user will run out of Energy (Like the battery to a controller-)

Quirk Explanation: the exact same way Kaso's works but they spaze out when it's used
Drawbacks: When gone upon his limit a part of his body will be damaged and turned into static, along with it taking energy from him.
