It was a beautiful morning in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. I woke up to sound of hungry cats.
Oh yes, cats. I have four. Their names are jasper, tucker, azlinde , and Daisy, the mother.
They wake me up at exactly 9:00 am on weekends, and 6:00 am on weekdays. Always begging for food. Sometimes, i think that they're only here for the food. Sounds likely. They all like there food.
Well i went downstairs for my breakfast, after i feed they're poor hungry souls of course, while i was cooking my breakfast, the front of the house started on fire. I saw the fire and screamed, ran for the fire extinguisher, but it as too late to save the house now. I ran. But i know what i saw. In the window, there was a black hooded figure. We ran into the woods, well, i carried tucker and daisy, who had jasper by the scruff, and azlinde was tucked in behind jasper and daisy grabbing onto my shirt.
We ran for what i think was about forty-five minutes. Then we found a clearing. I doubt anyone knew where we were. It was too far out. I knew the police would come looking, but we weren't running from them, we were running from the guy who tried to kill us.
After barking out orders, for daisy to get food, tucker wood, jasper leaves and moss(basically stuff that's soft enough to sleep on.) and azlinde would help me clear out the hollow tree we found at the edge of the clearing. Once we had all arrived back at the clearing, i had collected some branches and made a fire, for us to cook the rabbit that daisy caught on. Then we put the moss and leaves in the tree, and with the sticks we made a door, and a little bit more of a hallway, to keep us more sheltered.
