shimmer in the dying sunlight

as you slither over my prone body

your heartbeat digs into mine

and i feel a slight hesitation...

before your fangs plunge into my skin

and rubies fall out

the last thing i see

are your beautiful gold and jade irises

before my eyes close shut

forever

and Eternity.
