Lily's POV Chapter 7

Start from the beginning

"Okay, why did I hear my name three times?" Dylan asked walking into the common room.

Holly rolled her eyes. "Wow, you are your father's son."

"What's up?" he asked.

"Not much, but we're leaving at eleven," Holly replied.

"Are we going to our beach?" I asked them.

(I call it that for two main reasons. One, it's the beach that Holly and I grew up going to almost every Sunday before Mom met her soulmate. And two, it was also the location where Dad proposed to Mom for the first time. I'm still not sure why they broke their engagement off the first time. But the most important thing is that after we locked them into a closet, they got re-engaged and finally tied the knot. I really thought by now that Dylan and or Holly would've cracked that code, but they too are still in the dark about why our parents broke up the day we came home from England. So maybe we were never supposed to know and probably will never know. It's not like it would break our family, I just really wanna know.)

Holly waved her hand in my face as I came back to reality.

"I'm sorry, what?"

"Yes we're going to our beach! Dylan is driving so that we can leave whenever we want! Also Avery, Bay and Josh are joining us too!"

My five siblings and I left about a quarter before eleven to make a coffee run. While we were in the drive thru line, we all got a text from London in the Triple C group chat, that the rest of them left right on time. This is so unheard of because my family has a track record for being usually late. Dad likes to blame our lateness on Mom, but he's just fooling himself. Since we had to go get our energy boosters, we were parking as Dad was pulling up right beside us. Mom was jealous that we had gone to Starbucks without her. But her sad face disappeared when I handed Mom her usual order. Dad was pouting, but he doesn't even drink coffee, so I'm not sure why he was upset for.

Just then I spotted something that made my eyes double in size. The Baker's were here too.

(I honestly forgot that fact. I was about to call Axel to warn him, when Holly pointed out my man out to me. He was already talking to Mason. Should I be worried?)

So I walked away from my family and towards Sydney who was in the middle of setting up a tent for her kids. I was wanting to sneak up on her when her mom vision spotted me instead. Syd ran over to me and gave me a tight hug. She then told me that Axel was here and that not to worry because he and Mason were talking about coaching.

I sighed in pure relief. "Do you need help today?"

"You're so sweet, but no thanks. Isaac is here and Axel is waiting for you!"

As I began to walk towards Axel who was doing a poor job hiding behind a tree, I saw my feet quickly leave the sand. I hate getting picked up, but some guys like Isaac, just don't respect my wishes. Actually all the boys in my village and my actual brothers, (mostly Dylan and Joshua), seem to think that my reactions are funny and worth picking me up for. I can't help that I'm what's considered fun size, but I'm still not a fan of heights.

Finally Isaac let me go after his wife said his name like his mother would. It would be like most of my sisters to smack him for that stunt of his, but I'm not them. So I didn't give him the sanctification of getting a reaction out of me and continued on my way over to Axel. He kept peaking his head out as if he was a sideways gopher, well that's what it looked like anyway.

"You're terrible at hide and seek."

"Oh like your even better? I've heard that you cant stop giggling."
