My Diary

 I woke up on a bright sunny day. I dreamt of the most beautiful dream ever. I was married to the prince and I just wish it would come true. I live in a kingdom called Lan Xang Hom Khao or Lan Xang for short. I heard the king going around the kingdom to tell some spectacular news. That piece of the spectacular news was that his young handsome son was going to need a lovely lady to be his bride. I was surprised because did my dream come true or what? I already have a nice gown to impress the prince Kham Kong. I think so.

At the party, I saw a long line of ladies that it would be their dream to be a princess with the prince. Uh soo annoying. At first, I saw the prince sitting on a throne waiting for a girl to impress him and would fall in love with him, then I saw the prince looking straight at me and I was so freaked out and quickly went to the food stands. After a few hours, the queen looked worried that her son has not found true love yet. Wow! A handsome person like that cannot find true love. I hope I will be the bride. But he might call me a dork because I have a diary. Well if I get chosen I will try to keep the diary away from him. The king saw the queen worried and announced if there were any more young ladies to impress the prince. Everyone looked around and said no. Great my dream is ruined. But then the prince stood up and said" I have finished every one of these young ladies but not that beautiful young lady standing beside the food stands, in a white dress, with curly hair." and the prince was pointing at me and I was soo shocked. My dream might finally come true.YES!!!

I slowly walked up to the prince's throne and my whole body was shaking so fast that I almost tripped. I must be lucky to have been called beautiful by the prince. I heard a few other ladies whispering to each other. How rude were they? Well, I had to close my ears with my new earrings so that I could ignore them. When I finally arrived at the prince's throne, I didn't know what to do so I just sat down right next to the prince's throne and stared at him. He was very handsome! The prince was surprised because no one has ever done like that to him except for his family. Everyone was staring at us for a minute or so, then the prince said:" Young lady please say your name and age?"I replied back" My name is Keo Lote Fa, but everyone calls me Keo. I am 17 years old". The prince fell in love with me right at that moment.yeah!!!! Am I lucky or what?

The prince finally said," At last, I have found my true love!" The king and queen both clapped their hands for joy. "Keo my love will you come with me to the palace? We will have our wedding there, invite your parents as well." the prince said. I replied quickly" Oh I would love to come with you prince. But could I just get my things from my house, and tell my mother and father."So off they went to my house to tell my mother and father about my love life. When they arrived at my house, I called out to my mother and father to the living room and told them the news and my parents were very happy about me and told me that they will come before the marriage to help me out. I am sooooo excited!!! Then they said goodbye and hugged bye-bye.

When the prince and I arrived at the castle there was a big party for the bridesmaid in the ballroom. I was sooo surprised that I squealed very hard that I blushed after. At the party, there was a huge cake(three layers tall)(Which is sooo cool), Ice cream(Chocolate chip), and a big table labeled for the princess. On the table, there were all these presents just for me and how to get started on becoming a princess. During the party, the prince introduced me to his relatives and there was a lot.Yeah.I didn't like his nephew because he was sooooo annoying. Then I saw a big book named "fitting into the royal family". I gasp and said," This is amazing!!!!!"That was embarring.
