Year 2045 is when everything went downhill. Global Warming caused more than half of the world's population to flee onto Mars, before I knew it me and my grandpa where one of the only 10,000 left on earth. People believe it's because us "earthworms" didn't get on the aircraft in time but grandpa says it because use we should focus on making the Earth a better place instead of leaving it. I don't know what to believe because my dad thought differently. I don't know why... why he thought differently, I guess he was young. Always wanted to be an astronaut even thought he knew what a dangerous job that was in 2045. He thought the passengers would help him up when the bottom half of aircraft failed. That what he does.., "He only thinks" grandpa sighs.
