The user can emit a hypnotic mist from their palms that can cause their target to be put in a tranquil state. There are different levels to this quirk: When a light amount of mist is emitted, the target will be simply calmed, but when a larger amount if emitted the target can become entirely entranced and hallucinate peaceful things.
