Pros:
-user can tan themselves and others
-user doesn't need physical contact to do so
-user can do this on a rainy day
-the tan will always be even
Cons:
-user must "recharge" by being in the sun for a couple hours
-user can't chose how dark the tan is, that is up to the person
-user can't go lighter
