After the whole incident of Hämsterviel and clones of Leroy, everyone throughout the galaxy were living in peace... for now...

Gantu and Reuben were still in place for Captain of the Galactic Armada and Gallery Officer. They all went to the United Galactic Federation at least once a day to confront the criminals guilty of their crimes.
Another criminal entered the Galactic Federation for the trial, accused of kidnapping one of Jumba's experiments. It was a gerbil-like creature. It was not Dr. Jacques Von Hämsterviel but someone else named Dr. Habbitrale. Unlike Dr. Hämsterviel, he had black eyes. He wore a dark red and black coat and black gloves. He was also buck-toothed and had long ears with pink innards and a pink nose, like Dr. Hämsterviel.
Gantu cleared his throat and read the statement, "Dr. Habbitrale. Accused of kidnapping one of Dr. Jumba Jookiba's genetic experiments and delivering it outside of the planet where it is supposed to belong."
"How do you plead?" Grand Councilwoman asked.
"Not guilty!" Dr. Habbitrale exclaimed in his squeaky voice, squeakier than Dr. Hämsterviel's voice.
"That's what everyone else says, trog!" Gantu called out.
Grand Councilwoman gestured to calm Gantu down. "So you did not steal one of Dr. Jumba Jookiba's experiments?"
"I would NEVER do anything like that!" Dr. Habbitrale claimed as the capsule drew in next to him. "I would never-" The capsule opened, showing one of Jumba's genetic experiments in it. "...borrow it without permission..."
"Which experiment is that?" Grand Councilwoman asked.
"That looks like Choppy..." Gantu said unsurely.
"Actually," Reuben said. "It's Experiment 621. Lilo named him Chopsuey. It's supposed to be like me and Stitch, but weaker. The name is supposed to be the name of a dish, but Lilo also named it because it can chop better than me and Stitch, and it can extract more limbs than us, for some reason. Hiya, cuz!" He waved at Chopsuey, which he ignored. "Hm, something's wrong with him. Ya better not have turned him evil again!" Reuben warned Dr. Habbitrale.
"Why did you steal Chopsuey, or Experiment 621?" Gantu interrogated.
"It ain't your business, ya large ugly shark-like alien mutation!" Dr. Habbitrale insulted.
"Wow, this one ain't any different from Hämsterviel," Reuben groaned.
"Don't mention that name!" Gantu freaked out every time he heard an 'H' of Hämsterviel's name.
"Well, Dr. Habbitrale," Grand Councilwoman said. "If you are just borrowing it, then you did nothing on it, hopefully. If you can prove that Experiment 621 is still good, AND you are willing to return it back to Earth, then you may be released."
"All right," Dr. Habbitrale said. Then he turned to Chopsuey and whispered, "You know what to do..." Chopsuey nodded.
Everyone in the hall paid attention to Chopsuey. Gantu and Reuben paid closer attention than anyone else.
After a few seconds of silence, Chopsuey broke the silence, "MEEGA NALA KWEESTA!!"
Everyone gasped in fear. Grand Councilwoman placed her hand on her shocked chest. Gantu growled angrily. Reuben sighed in grief and disbelief.
"Wait! That was not supposed to happen!" Dr. Habbitrale tried to come up with an excuse.
"Lock that nasty gerbil up with the other criminals!" Gantu ordered.
