The Next Step
This story begins in Christmas 2021.
Background information: Dianne Buswell is a Professional Dancer. She has just finished her 5th year of Strictly Come Dancing, reaching the final. Joe Sugg is a Youtuber/west end star/ presenter, and has just finished a stint in the west end, playing Joseph in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, for 4months. Joe met Dianne on SCD in 2018, where they were partnered and reached the final. They have been together for 3 years, and have been engaged since June of 2021.
Summary
Joe and Dianne are flying to Australia to celebrate Christmas and New Year with the Buswell Family. They haven't seen the family since June, when the whole family flew over and spent two weeks holidaying in South Africa with Joe and Dianne before Strictly started again, and Joe started his run in "Joseph". Whilst there, Joe asked Dianne to marry him, and they are in the process of planning an intimate, private wedding in Joe's beloved home town in Wiltshire for June 2022.
Dianne soon needs to decide whether she will sign a new contract and therefore continue doing Strictly for another year. In the meantime. Joe and Dianne also have some big decisions to make in their personal lives.
