Quirk(s): Blue spark and water manipulation. Blue spark is a very icy fire Wich secreted like a liquid from the users body. The side effects of overuse are dizziness and blackouts. Water manipulation consist of the user utilizing the moisture from the surroundings to create attacks, the user can also control the temperature of the water. Side effects of overuse may become dehydration and or fainting.
Relatives: Todoroki Shoto (important on the story evolution) And all his siblings
Background: You are from the Caribbean, your mother was a Todoroki that came due to business and fell in love with your father, the prohero "Shotgun". Both died in a mission so you where sent to live with your uncle.
Appearance: in the beginning, your hair will be short in length and red in color due to your uncle's rules. Later on it will start to get longer and change color accordingly until highchool. Your eyes will be a dark sapphire blue due to your quirk.
Anything else will be added in the progress of the story.
