The taxi ride back to the Kujo residence was for the most part awkward. Just a long awkward silence with each individual busy with their own thoughts. Even the cab driver wanted to ease the awkward tension but a bunch of intimidating men in his car was too much stress for the poor driver. Pulling up to the house Dante noticed Speedwagon foundation employees bringing in luggage. "Papa, you didn't have to bring so much luggage!" Holly exclaimed. Mr. Joestar grinned at his daughter, "It's just the bare essentials Holly~" Jotaro and Dante sighed, "Seems more than just essentials." They both said at the same time, then looked at each other before quickly looking away. Jotaro took the lead and headed inside, but not soon after his mother and Grandfather followed. Leaving Dante and the dark-skinned male behind. The dark-skinned male gestured for Dante to go ahead of him, the Italian knew that the other male had his guard up so he accepted the offer and went ahead.
The inside looks about the same as the last time Dante visited the Kujo residence. Just a lot more boxes and luggage. Since Dante and the dark-skinned male weren't family they took a seat in the living room. Meanwhile, Jotaro headed off to his own room leaving Mr. Joestar to talk with his daughter. "Thank you for coming all this way Papa," Holly said as she hugged her father. "Of course Holly! I'll always be here to assist you if you need me. I'll cross an entire ocean to make you happy!" Mr. Joestar beamed at his child. Holly giggled and hugged her father tighter before letting him go. "I'll fix a snack while you boys talk." She said as she heads over to the kitchen. As much as he wants to get everything over with, Mr. Joestar wants some answers first. He went to the living room where Dante and Avdol were getting to know each other. "Sorry to cut your bonding time short but we need to talk," Mr. Joestar said as he looked at Dante.
Dante nodded and relaxed further into the couch looking at the older man, "What do you want to talk about?" Mr. Joestar sat on the coffee table gazing at the young Italian suspiciously, "Why are you here? What do you know?" Dante knows that Mr. Joestar wants to verify if he's a friend or foe. "I am not your enemy, you're friends with my Grandfather. Why would I want to be your enemy?" Dante replied. As the two continued their staring contest Avdol cleared his throat, "Mr. Joestar, I do not believe that he is an adversary." Mr. Joestar glanced at his companion, and Avdol leaned in to whisper something in the older man's ear. Mr. Joestar blinked surprised then narrowed his eyes at Dante, the look confused the young man. The Italian felt a creeping sensation on his arm and sent his Hamon to the source which caused Mr. Joestar to flinch. "Hamon..." The old American mumbled, about to ask more when Holly entered the room and set a tray of Japanese snacks down on the table.
"What's all this? Where are the snacks that I always send you?" Mr. Joestar inquired looking at his daughter. "Oh I shared them with the neighbors, the children really enjoyed them. I prefer Japanese snacks though." She answered with a smile. "Thank you for the food, Holly," Dante said as he munched on a strawberry mochi. Avdol nodded in thanks and helped himself to a green tea mochi. Mr. Joestar huffed crossing his arms, "I'm not eating it." Dante chuckled, "My Grandfather mentioned that you're a picky eater. Just try it, you might like it. Like that squid ink pasta, you had in Italy." The older man was taken aback by the comment, overcome with emotions that he had buried along with his fallen comrade. Mr. Joestar slowly picked up a chocolate mochi and carefully ate it, "Hm, it's good." Holly sat silently watching the encounter with a happy smile.
After everyone finished with their snacks and tea Holly took the dishes and left. Once she was gone Mr. Joestar looked at Dante, "You still didn't answer, why are you here?" Dante looked back at Mr. Joestar and replied, "The Speedwagon foundation said I should join you, so here I am. Now you answer my question, what did you say about Dio?" Mr. Joestar sighed and explained the situation, Dio a vampire who disappeared for 100 years has suddenly returned. He also took over Mr. Joestar's Grandfather's body and members of the Joestar family are connected to him. "Dio is a major threat to the entire world and he must be stopped at all costs," Mr. Joestar said his hands balled into tight fists. "I see. I will do what I can to help." The young Italian said determinedly.
"Where did you learn Hamon?" Mr. Joestar asked. "The same place as you and my Grandfather. Air Supplena Island." Dante replied back. That feeling of something crawling on his arm returned and he sent Hamon to the area, standing up from the couch narrowing his eyes at the old man, "Whatever you're trying to do, stop." He's not sure if this is some new form of Hamon that he wasn't taught but he balled his fist and made it radiate with energy. "If you continue I will not hesitate to defend myself," Dante stated, daring Mr. Joestar to attempt something weird. Avdol put a hand on the old man's shoulder, then turned to look at Dante, "Do not act rash, he was just testing your skills. Your intuition is very sharp." Those words calmed the Italian down a bit, lowering his fist but he still kept his Hamon flowing in case something were to happen.
The young Italian turned his head away saying, "I should head back. I have school." Mr. Joestar tilted his head curiously, "Didn't know you enrolled. Assuming it's the foundation's doing." Avdol smiled a bit, "That would mean you and Jotaro will be classmates." Just as he said that Holly walked in and gasped, clapping her hands together. "Please walk with my son, and take good care of him!" Dante blushed in embarrassment at her eagerness and nodded in response. "Um...excuse me." He quickly said before leaving, but not before bumping into the very person he will be seeing the next day. "Ah, sorry." Looking up close he noticed that Jotaro is only slightly taller than him, and had beautiful blue eyes. "Move." The tall male said before pushing Dante to the side. "Sorry..." He replied and watched quietly as Jotaro walked away, Holly came up to him and smiled apologetically, "He doesn't mean to be that way, please don't let it get to you." Dante smiled back, "It's alright. I'll do my best to take care of him." Holly nodded and saw him off.
Returning home he breathed a sigh of relief, "Today was certainly eventful. Now that I have made contact I should be careful. Earn their trust and fulfill my mission." After a thorough shower, he updated his notes and went to sleep.
Welp, been a while but better than before. Anywho, I hope you enjoy it and I'll see yall in the next chapter!!! -Jay

FanfictionI have an obsession with Jojo's Bizzare Adventure and thought what if part 3 had the Zeppeli family descendant join the Crusaders. So I came up with this story. I don't own Jojo's Bizzare Adventure that belongs to Hirohiko Araki. But the OC is mine...
