My life so far

My life|part 1

Hello, my name is Samantha. I know it might be crazy but I'm actually 12 years old and I'm about to write about my life. It all went down a little crazy when I was smaller. It all started when my parents met, my mum was born and raised in Brazil and my dad was born and raised in New Zealand. My mum was basically fluent in English by the age of 7 since Portuguese was her first language. Years of growing up in Brazil, at the age of 18 she decides to have a "holiday" in New Zealand. Her parents didn't agree about going there at all but she went there anyways. After a few weeks she confessed that she wanted to live in New Zealand. And that's how she met my dad. I do not know how they met but when they did they clicked. After a year of dating my dad proposed, my mum said yes and a year after that they had me. I was a good baby as I was told but little do I know I was quite mischievous once I got a little older. I was living down south, growing up in earthquakes when we decided to move when I was about 4. We moved up north closer to my dads family. We settled in quite nicely and I went to kindergarten for a year before I went to my first primary school. I remember my first day of school my parents dropped me off and I was scared, confused and lost. After I got used to the school I found myself some great friends after around 2 years I moved again. We had to stay in a rental home across the street to wait for our home to build. A couple months later my mum confessed that she was pregnant. I was super excited to be a big sister and at the age of six my mum gave birth to a baby girl, her name is Emily and she's my best friend I stayed up waiting for my parents to come back from the hospital while my grandpa was taking care of me. At around midnight I was standing outside the garage door waiting for Emily to arrive. She finally had come and I was stoked! A few months passed by and our house is finished! We moved to the middle of nowhere, by a little school ready for our new adventure.
