"Beggers can't be choosers." You held out your ticket.

"I don't want to switch, Kacchan." Midoriya refused.

A noticeably large vein popped out from Bakugou's forehead. "Why the hell not?!" The boy was pissed.

"Now, now!" The Wild, Wild Pussycats tried to gain everyone's attention. "Let's just begin. The first kitties can go!"

"Tch." Bakugou angrily kicked at the floor. "Why do I have to be stuck with this half-half bastard."

"I feel the same." Todoroki told him. "I would rather be with Midoriya or (Name)."

"Shut up!" Bakugou yelled.

After several minutes had passed, almost all the groups had entered the woods.

"What's with this burnt smell?" You heard as Mandalay sniffed at the air.

"Isn't that smoke?" You pointed toward a cloud of black smoke accompanied by blue embers. 'What's with that color?' You were squinting just to make sure that you weren't seeing things.

"Could it be that the mountain's on fire?" Iida asked.

It was such an obvious answer. The only problem was that no one wanted to believe it.

You watched as Pixie Bob was suddenly dragged closer to the tree line by an unseen force.

That's when you knew the training camp and all of the people present were under attack.

"Kota!" You heard Midoriya yell as he ran off.

"Izuku!" You tried to stop the boy but he slipped away right before you had the chance to even grab his arm. You bit your lip nervously, should you leave with the green haired boy or stay? "At least come back in one piece!" You yelled helplessly, keeping the promise you made to All Might in mind. Although he might need you, there were villains right in front of you and you couldn't ignore that fact.

Suddenly, your body jolted at the feeling of someone else's quirk getting inside your body. You heard Mandalay's voice in your head announcing to all students that villains were attacking.

"Katsuki..." You stared at the burning forest nervously. "Come out quickly."

"Everyone get back to camp and leave the villains to us!" Mandalay yelled. "Class Rep, you're in charge now!"

"Yeah!" He yelled as he led the class away.

Behind you, you saw that the mountain side was being destroyed.

'It must be Izuku!' Your feet began to take you in the direction away from the group. You started off with a fast walk and found yourself sprinting in the end.

"(Name)!" Iida yelled as he reached out to stop you.

You ignored his efforts.

As you were running on the edge of the cliff, you saw a familiar little boy.

"Kota!" You called out. "What are you-" You stopped dead in your tracks as you saw a villain who was hovering over Midoriya.

"I'll kill you later, okay? Just wait!" The villain, not noticing you, said to the little boy.

"As if I'd let you kill him!" Midoriya had risen and punched the villain in the face, slamming him into the wall until he was unconscious.

Kota fell backwards and you rushed towards him.

"Why?" You heard the young boy ask himself as he stared at Midoriya.

The boy's eyes began to water. You were dumbfounded at the situation.

"Why did you do so much?" He was staring at Midoriya with a sad expression and your heart ached as you realized what was going on. He didn't understand why someone would sacrifice so much for him. Kota jolted as he felt your touch. You were scooping him up in your arms.

"Because we're heroes." You smiled at him. You didn't know the backstory, but you did know how to answer his question.

The boy broke down crying as Midoriya yelled out at his victory.

"Can you walk?" You walked over to the green-haired boy as you carried Kota. He was panting super hard and almost lost his footing.

"I'm fine." He nodded catching himself on a wall.

After the move he just pulled, you could tell that he wasn't fine. It was probably the adrenaline kicking in.

"Let me help you walk." You sighed.

"I can walk on my own." The male clenched his fist and averted his attention to the younger boy. "Good thing you're safe, Kota."

"Let's head back to camp." You suggested. "We have to get you healed."
