Anthony: It might just be a coincidence.

Dr. Hypo: In your case it can't. Specifically in your case, it can never be. We don't know why is she meeting you, what's her purpose meeting you. I think even you don't know that, right?

Anthony: But why is it necessary for her to have a purpose. She can just come, make me smile and that's it.

Dr. Hypo: In the situation of Dream Hypnotism, it is necessary to have a purpose, but what this is turning out to be, it's clear that it isn't dream hypnotism. So, even I am not sure about the purpose now.

Marcus: Doctor, we need an answer, that's why you were called. Now if you, yourself are getting confused then what will happen to us?

Dr. Hypo: I understand you, but I am really not able to understand the situation. (Turning towards Anthony) How does your, The Most Beautiful Girl look like? 

Marcus: I think I should call a sketch maker who could make a sketch of her and one more sketch maker, who could make sketch of what ice-cream person saw of her. 

Dr. Hypo: That's a good idea. But before that, give me a picture of Ms. Alison.

​Marcus opened a picture of Alison in his small screen phone and gave it to him. Meanwhile, Anthony was hanging around, remembering that moment and enjoying, watching whom anybody could say a person has just came out of mental hospital.

Dr. Hypo: (showing it to Ice-cream person) does she looked like her?

Ice-cream person: Yes, she did actually looked somewhat like her.

Dr. Hypo quickly looked towards Marcus.

Marcus: (desperately) how can this be possible?

Ice-cream person: I am not telling that she looked exactly like her, but her features were somewhat similar to her.

Marcus: I think we are unnecessarily doubting Ms. Alison.

Dr. Hypo: No we aren't. We actually found a clue that Ms. Alison is behind all these.

Marcus: So, you think Ms. Alison is, The Most Beautiful Girl?

Dr. Hypo: No, Ms. Alison is the creator of, The Most Beautiful Girl of Antony's dreams.

Marcus: On what basis are you telling this?

Dr. Hypo: You have told me that no one knows Anthony as much as you and Ms. Alison know, right?

Marcus: that's true.

Dr. Hypo: And you also told me that, The Most Beautiful Girl knows that Anthony does not have any best friend, she also used some of his regular spoken lines. More on that, She just guided him to a place where he has already been and then does not come there to meet, just to break his heart, then finally comes to bandage a broken heart of Anthony, so to get connected more to him.  She also used a similar face as of her because at the last it's her creativity which would always be inspired from her.

Marcus: Every fact is now looks like getting connected. But why and how did Alison used Dream Hypnotism to get Anthony?

Dr. Hypo: That can only be answered by Ms. Alison.

​Marcus quickly sent Anthony home as he wasn't confident about his mental health. He also called two sketch makers, one for Anthony to describe and another for the ice-cream person to describe. He and Dr. Hypo quickly left for Alison's house. It was too late for the night, yet they didn't care and reached her home.

Alison: Hey, why are you here so late? Anything urgent?

Marcus: Everything urgent!

Alison: I didn't get you.
