My Poetry Styles

i don't know

it is amazing what you can find when you move aside shit on your desk. i write most of my poems at work on small pieces of paper that are actually full sheets torn in quarters. i actually use the back of production lists that i get. i don't like wasting stuff.

seems i was attempting another new poetry style at some point and i found the original 5 poems that i wrote to try and create the style.

here is the first one

that's why it pains me

this seems to go by syllables.

line 1 is 1 syllable

line 2 is 2 syllables

line 3 is 3 syllables

line 4 is 4 syllables

line 5 is 5 syllables

line 6 is 4 syllables

line 7 is 3 syllables

line 8 is 2 syllables

line 9 is 1 syllable

lines 2,3,4,6,7, and 8 rhyme, as do 1 and 9

(rhyme schemes can be altered to the writers digression, as long as the basic format of 9 lines and 25 syllables stay in tact)

the first 3 words of the poem becomes the title

and I have a name
