TIMOTHÉE CHALAMET TO STAR IN LOUIS SOLÉ'S NEW FRENCH CONTEMPORARY DRAMA 'ÉTOURDI'.
Louis Solé is one of France's most beloved writers and directors, known for his gritty, alternative films that pioneered a new perspective on Paris. He is known to portray the City of Lights as a slightly different place based on his own upbringing in the cities suburbs. His new movie begins filming in less than a month, and is said to be loosely based on Louis' own boyhood. Described by Solé as 'A mind-bending, backwardly told account of a struggling but charming boy which unfolds over the course of the film'.As if this collaboration with Netflix isn't enticing enough, the movie is starring young heartthrob and half-french actor Timothée Chalamet.
Chalamet will play the lead, Samy Bisset, starring alongside Marion Cotillard, who will play a social worker, Bridgette Volant.
The film is due to be released next September, and is dedicated to Louis Solé's social worker from childhood.
