Kate pov

I was just wandering the woods bored as could be then just my luck some guests had arrived in here a married couple with a child about 4 years old they looked like they were paranormal investigators they had cameras tents and everything so they seem like they had set up already nows my chance the child goes to sit in the tent and then the couple split up first I start with the husband who Simply crack his neck from behind then the wife who i just strangle with my bear hands little did I know well the child came out as soon as I was finished

Child: mommy?

He starts to whimper afraid of his own life he then runs of course I chase after him until we finally reach the mine shaft the doors close and of course its just the two of us in there so now he was hiding somewhere im sure he doesn't know how to use a generator so don't have to worry about that so then lets see where he is hiding

Kate: look kid I would come out now if I were you look I doubt you wanna make me upset cause I know every inch of this place so what do you say come out now or do I have to find you?

Kate:.........ok then don't say I didn't warn you

Reader's pov

I can't let her find me waah I want my mommy I then stumble upon some lockers and decide to hide on the one to the end since the door was open I hid just in time too she walked right past the lockers I could hear the killers footsteps start to quiet till you thought she was fully gone then she reappeared out of nowhere right in front of my locker looking straight into the locker I was in through the peek hole

Scary woman : ya know not the best idea pretty original I mean in the lockers really? especially when your whimpering so loud

She then tries to open your locker but sees that their is a combination lock on it I laughed knowing I had the higher grounds then i hear metal start bending and off comes the lock itself

Scary woman: what's so funny?

Kate pov

Kate: what's wrong you were just laughing all high and mighty a few seconds ago what happened?

He then tries to attack me by punching me he was so short though he couldn't even reach my thighs that's how short he was on top of that I barely felt a thing so I caught both of his hands with ease and decided to mess with him by doing my terrifying scream and he was scared crying he soon fell down whimpering while I was laughing I got distracted and he tried making a run for it again however this time I caught him wasn't ganna let him get away again

Kate: awwww what's the rush little man? What's wrong don't wanna play with me anymore?

I was holding the kid with ease since he was so small and light soon I found a chair that I sat on with him on my lap to make sure he doesn't escape

Kate: so what's your name little guy? Mine is kate kate the chaser

Y/n: Y Y/n

Kate: oh very nice to meet you tell me what were you and your parents doing in these woods

Y/n: well they wanted to come here to find out things about the large amount of  missing people I didn't want to I knew it would be scary and now my parents are dead waaah

Wow I almost feel bad for what I've done maybe this kid isn't so bad he also seems tired

Kate: look you seem tired dear how about you try and get yourself some sleep ok? We can go to my cabin and in the morning we will sort everything out does that sound good?

He simply gives me a nod of agreement and so I carry him the rest of the way to my cabin then i grab the case with his clothes in it and he changed into a pair of baby blue pajamas

Reader's pov

I get in bed all snuggled up then kate joins me she was in a black pear of sweatpants along with a black t-shirt but she didn't have a mask on she looked pretty she then get in the bed then as soon as she got in it started raining and a huge thunder crash went off I then started whimpering then I feel kate pulling me toward her

Kate: there nothing will hurt you when I'm around your safe around me ok?

Y/n: ok

We both then go to sleep awaiting for the next day
