DIPPER'S POV
I glared at the figure across from me. He, on the other hand, sipped his tea. Was he just stupid or ignoring me. He glanced up at me, a teasing shimmer coating his eye. This prick. He set down his cup.
"I suppose you want to understand what's happening," he sighed. My jaw tightened.
"I want to understand what's happening? I understand perfectly," I hissed. "You turned me into a demon! You kept me away from my family! I think that I understand everything, Bill!" With every word my voice raised. The dream demon rolled his eye.
"No, I mean this. Me being here," he said with a tone that indicated he was annoyed. I sprang from my chair, the chair legs screeching on the floor.
"I DON'T GIVE A FLYING CRAP! ALL I WANT IS TO GO BACK! YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT IT'S LIKE TO WATCH YOUR FAMILY LOVE AND DIE WITHOUT YOU!" I screamed. Bill stared up at me, his face displaying no surprise.
I dropped my glare down to the table between us. I clenched my hands but, sat back down. I never liked losing my composure to scum like Bill.
"Anyways," Bill continued, like I hadn't just snapped at him. "Because we... fused, I'm not here in a physical form per se. Instead, I'm more like a hallucination," Bill trailed off, looking for a way to explain it better.
I took this as a chance to stand and gracefully cross the room, over to Bill. He noticed me and craned his head to look up at me. I gingerly reached out to check something. My fingertips gently pressed against Bill's clothed chest. I took in a shuddering breath.
"You can't touch a hallucination," I whispered. I retracted my hand and clutched it to my chest. I took in another shuddering breath. Tears pricked at my eyes. Bill eyed me warily. I tried to swallow the thick lump in my throat.
"It's all your fault, I whispered. My voice cracked and the first set of tears trickled down my cheeks. "All your fault."
Then I turned and ran from the room. I heard Bill call after me but I ignored him and kept running. I wasn't sure where I was going to go but I hoped he wouldn't follow.
THE FIRST TIS VERY SHORT BUT, I LIKE THIS ONE AS A STARTER. ALTHOUGH, SOME WILL BECOME MINI SERIES. MAYBE THIS ONE I DON'T KNOW YET.
