Everyone had given Millie their presents. Maiya, Natalie and Aimie clubbed in together to get a concert ticket to see Billie Eilish while J'jaye and Lexi had given her a cinema pass to see any film she wants with popcorn and a drink.
"Aww thanks, ev...."
"Hang on wait a second Auntie Millie, I have one more gift," Leanne said as she ran upstairs. Everyone, other than Millie, looked at Natalie who was the only queen sitting on the floor apart from Millie.
"Just because she's my daughter doesn't mean I know about all the gifts she buys her Aunts..."
A couple of moments later, Leanne ran downstairs holding a what resembled a shoebox wrapped in green, sparkly wrapping paper with a bow and a tag with neat cursive writing. After passing Millie her gift she went and snuggled with her mum.
"OMG, I've always wanted Heelys" Millie exclaimed with a large smile beaming across her face.
"Oh, try 'em on babe" Lexi suggested with genuine happiness in her voice.
"They fit perfectly, how did you know my size?"
"We live in the same house, it's wasn't difficult to quickly pop into your room, find your shoes look at the size and quickly leave."
"Thanks, everyone, this has really been the best birthday ever!"

Natalie checked her phone. It was 4:23 am. The only time that it was ever quiet in the house was before 7:00 (6:30 on a school day). She was about to sit down to drink her coffee and check her social media when a massive crash interrupted her.
"I'm fine !" came a call from the stairs
"Millie? What are you doing this early in the morning,"
"I was practising,"
Natalie didn't need to ask what exactly, she already knew. Although she was proud her daughter went out of her own way to get Millie a gift she would really like, but Nat knew Millie. Not that she ever would mean to hurt anyone or break anything, Millie was just an accident-prone.
