Moving In

Glory's POV

I need more clothes!!! I need my school books. I need my backpack. AHHHHH!!!! Why does packing for college seem SO stressful. I need more food, I need to bring all of my devices. Ugh!

"Glory, you have 30 minutes to pack. We need to drop you and Jambu off to college. And you both go to different colleges so it is more stressful for me." Grandeur, Glory's grandmother, said. Glory looked at the time. 4:30. August 25th. Oh man I gotta rush! 

30 minutes later.

"Glory, Jambu come downstairs. We have to pack your stuff into the car." Grandeur said. Glory and Jambu both came down. Glory has loooooong rainbow hair and was wearing a lime colored crop top hoodie with light blue denim shorts that have rips in them, which is part of the design. She had an Apple Watch on her wrist. It was about 70℉ outside. 

Jambu was wearing pink T-shirt with shorts. He had short pink hair. "Alright guys. Start loading you stuff into the car. If it can fit all of that." Grandeur said, noticing how much stuff they both had. Glory had one big suitcase filled with mainly just clothes and personal hygiene, a backpack with her computer, books and other electronics/schoolwork, a bag filled with a lot of food, a tiny wallet, a fan, a fridge, and a Tv. 

Jambu had about the same amount of stuff. But they had a very big car so they could fit it in. After about 10 minutes of putting stuff into the car, they finally got into the car.

"So Glory, are you ready to move in to your dorm?" Jambu asked his little sister. "I mean yeah I guess. I am just a bit sad that I didn't get any of my friends in my dorm room, but they are in my dorm building so guess I am excited to see them again. What was it like when you went to college for the first time?" Glory asked Jambu.

"It was so cool. My roommates were the best and I had a good time." Jambu told his sister. "I hope my roommates are nice." Glory said. I am going to text my friends. They are also moving in today I just remembered.

Glory: Hey guys. Are you guys already in the dorm yet?

Clay: I arrived 12 so yeah I am here. 

Tsunami: I just arrived.

Sunny: 10 minutes away.

Starflight: I am leaving in 1 hour.

Glory: How is your dorm and roommates, Clay and Tsunami????

Clay: Mine aren't here yet and my dorm is nice. I am out for a snack rn.

Tsunami: Lol aren't you always. My roommates are out rn so idk but my dorm room is nice.

Glory: Well I just started so about 50 minutes away. :(

Glory: GTG TTYL bye.

Everyone: Bye

I am just going to put my airpods in and listen to music.

45 minutes later

"Wake up Glory!!! We are inside the campus. 5 minutes away from your dorm building." Jambu said almost screaming into Glory's ear. "Huh, oh did I fall asleep. Let me just pack my airpods and get ready to get out." Glory said. Wow this place looks pretty nice. Hey woah wait is that Deathbringer?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

"HEYYYY GLORY!!!" Deathbringer shouted at her because she was in the car and he was walking on the side of the road. Glory blushed. "Don't respond. You may not talk to him." Grandeur told her. Glory groaned in anger. That is another thing I am excited about, Deathbringer.

Glory just waved at him. He waved back. Soon as the car moved Deathbringer slowly disappeared. "Ok Glory this is the dorm. Jambu will help you move your stuff into your room." Grandeur said. After about ten minutes, Jambu and Glory finished unpacking.

"Ok Glory. You have to go say bye to Grandma Grandeur and me." Jambu said. "Ugh fine." Glory responded. They walked downstairs. Crash. "Oh, i'm so sorry." Glory said after getting up. "Ugh, watch your step.". "Hey don't be rude." Jambu said, since that girl said something rude to Glory.

"Who are you to tell me what to do" That girl asked. "He is my brother and you will be nice to him if you are living in the same building as me. Hey wait, whats your dorm number??" Glory asked. "36." The girl said. "Ugh, she is in the same room as me." Glory whispered to Jambu. 

"You do know I can hear you?" The girl said. "Yup" Glory said. "My name is Surf." Surf said to Glory. "Mine is Glory." Glory said. "Pleasure meeting you." Surf said sarcastically. "Yeah real pleasure." Glory said.

They walked away. "Alright. I'll miss you Glory. See you later." Grandeur said to Glory. "Yeah, see ya." Glory said. "See you later sis. I'll miss you!" Jambu said. "Yeah. Bye Jambu." Glory said to Jambu. "Byeeee." Everyone said as Grandeur pulled out of the parking space.

Ugh 1 bad roommate. Maybe my other one will be nicer. Maybe.
