Chapter 23: Ross and I walked to the school's gym. A lot of my friends were there working out. I was in Adias pants and a shirt. I got a volleyball from the storage room and set a net up. I did some stretches and started working on my hits. Ross got on the other side and hit it back. We played volleyball for about 2 hours. I said goodbye to my friends and left with Ross. He grabbed my hand and tangled our fingers together. He took me out to lunch and then we walked to the park. He lead me to a tree. "My brothers and I would climb it all the time. They've all had their first kiss in this tree," he told me. "We had ours at the dance," I giggled. I saw him smile big and started to climb the tree. I climbed up after him and grabbed his hand from a branch a few feet above me. He pulled me up and sat me next to him. We talked for a while then he looked at me and took something out of his pocket. It was a long skinny box. He opened it and said, "I love you Tori." I smiled and took the necklace out of the box and put it on. "I love you too," I said as I hugged him and kissed his cheek.
