{dear diary ; is this the beginning of something? i'm not even sure what it could be. part of me is so interested in this boy i can barely stand it. but part of me yearns my thoughts to be more careful. there's something about him that i cant put my finger on. it's so strange. it began. it was (supposed to) end. but it doesn't. (please let it end) (why doesn't it end ?!) }

" your skin is warm like an oven, your kiss is sugary sweet
your fingers feel like cotton when you put your arms around me
i feel like i'm just missing something whenever you leave
you've got all the ingredients except you loving me
and respectfully
i'm not a piece of cake for you to just discard
while you walk away with the frosting of my heart
so i'm taking back what's mine, you'll miss
the slice of heaven that i gave to you last night
you smell just like vanilla, you taste like buttercream
you're filling up my senses with empty calories "

"why,"
finn muttered , his frustration made clear to the girl who walked beside him.
"why what?"
millie shuttered, the cold air getting to her slowly.
"why would you sleep with me, but not kiss me?"
he questioned her, getting straight to the point that had been on his mind.
"i-"
she tried to think of a decent response to his very straightforward question.
"you know exactly why. you're just not telling me."
finn didn't believe that she didn't have a good excuse.
"i know."
millie stopped in her tracks, as the streetlights began to flicker above them, making the situation more sketchy than it needed to be.
"why."
he questioned her once more, frustration boiling in his bones.
"i don't have to. i don't owe you anything."
she stood her ground, trying to remain tough as she always was. it was hard to be tough when this boy was being so pushy. it seemed unlike the shy café boy she had met earlier.
"you owe me an explanation, that's damn sure."
his harsh words brushed her face, causing her breath to quicken in her chest.
"why."
millie snapped at him, questioning his words.
"because i gave you what you wanted. the least you can do is tell me."
finn drew closer to her, causing her to back up from him. he was beginning to scare her.
"but you wanted it as well as i did."
she reminisced to the experience they had both shared earlier.
the feeling of his needy arms wrapping around her hips.
she shuttered again , trying to focus on the words that spat out of his mouth.
"sure. but you obviously were intimate with me for a reason. but now you're cutting me off. why."
the anger of his pestering was prominent in his eyes.
"i don't know. i don't have a good feeling about it."
millie fiddled with the sleeves of her hoodie, not sure what to say to him. she knew he had a point, but the way he came across was not giving her a great feeling.
"it seems like you don't have any feelings at all."
his harsh words stung her like a crowd of wasps pecking at every inch of her exposed skin. why does he have to be like this.
"that's not true."
she denied his accusation, trying to hold back the few tears that she refused to let fall. no. she was stronger than that.
"oh yeah? then why haven't you felt anything. why haven't you felt anything for me."
finn continued to question her, drawing nearer to the obviously shaken girl that stood infront of him, refusing to cower beneath his hand.
